Vacanze Müden an der Mosel

La mia porta era rotta, anche se chiudevo dall’interno la porta si apriva Comunque dall’esterno. Me ne sono accorto l’ultimo giorno. Mi hanno dato una tessera che non serviva a nulla e la chiave che poteva chiudere solamente se uscivo almeno quello funzionava. Pulizia così e così . Il personale molto cortese, ma sono 4 stelle regalate in Italia ci sono 3 stelle superiori a questo hotel. Siccome ci sono andato a dicembre non ho usato il condizionale ed ho spento i termosifoni troppo caldo almeno per me

Non o fatto colazione

It was difficult to get the staff over the phone/email from Italy for a question at the beginning before my arrival. I thank Expedia that intervened for coordination. The facility is nice, well designed, clean, the breakfast ok, although I would prefer some fish option, but it is rich of meat and also fresh pan cake by machine. The room is big enough and clean, and the lobby is well equipped. One suggestion is that the room 916 is close to the roomservice, which while closing/opening, leaves some noises. And before arriving the room, the doors after lift are heavy to open and I found them useless. I especially thank the hotel personnel that assisted me on handing over a package to DHL service point while I already left Germany. Without them, this might have caused me a problem. Thank you so much for your help. Next time that I pass Frankfurt again, for EUROBIKE or not, Melia Frankfurt City will be my choice in the city. Hope to visit Germany soon.
