“Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine.”

“Took until 3.30 to get room serviced on 2nd day. Not convenient when you come back to rest and refresh before going out again. Room facilities good, would say the room we had was in need of an update, especially the bathroom. Breakfast I would rate as one of the best I've experienced. Drinks are expensive, and dinner service was very slow. For the prices they charge for overnights, I think there are better places in the area of higher standard to stay. While we enjoyed our visit, we would not...

“L'hotel in sè e per sè è grazioso e situato in una buona posizione, il personale è gentile e cordiale ma l'unico e reale problema è che è privo di ascensore ed io ho avuto la camera all'ultimo piano per cui,avendo sessant'anni, mi è risultato molto penoso il soggiorno.”
