"Good Rooms, staff fantastic, Parking is first in. No set room parking. Restaurant didn't go as the pub up the road is 2min away and cheaper. Meals are too $$ for the same as pub. Small Double beds - good not great"

Nightcap at Macquarie Inn
"Whilst the room was a little dusty in spots, the beds were clean and very comfortable. It was nicely renovated and the breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast) was much appreciated. We also had the chicken schnitzel for dinner and it was fabulous, especially with the 10% discount."

The Grand on Macquarie | Pool & Spa, Ultimate Getaway
"We were a 3 generation family group, 2-74years who each found spaces that we really enjoyed, not a small achievement One suggestion is that the large dinner plates do not really fit in the dishwasher, and there weren’t enough bowls for our cereal eating crew. Small details really.We are very grateful ..."
