Chalet Glitzerstein

Welcome to this charming chalet located just 35 km from Colmar, in the heart of the forest, a charming Alsatian commune belonging to an intra-departmental agglomeration bringing together 10 communes. The city is full of surprises for hiking enthusiasts

The Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park is 5 km away and extends over the three ancient regions of Alsace, Franche-Comté and Lorraine.

As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by this magnificent territory which offers natural and cultural heritage of great beauty.



The Glitzerstein chalet is located at the entrance to the forest Access is via a forest road. You will reach the chalet by dirt stairs.

The chalet is duplex:

(Chalet per 4 adulti e 2 bambini massimo)

On the main level:

An open living space with a lounge/television area, a dining area to share a good meal, and an equipped kitchen (crockery and cutlery, hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Senseo coffee maker),

You will have the possibility to eat your meals inside, but also on the terrace on sunny days.

Upstairs:

2 bedrooms separated by a curtain, one with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 children, the other with a double bed and storage



The entire chalet will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the beds will be made with clean sheets,

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

free WIFI connection.



You can park a car right in front of the chalet on the side of the road.



House Rule:



This chalet as well as the exterior (forest in the immediate vicinity) are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.



You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
