“Well positioned location that feels like smack dab in the middle of nowhere but only 10 to 15 minutes to all the good stuff. Catherine amd the entire staff are exceptionally warm, welcome amd accommodating. The food options are top notch quality. Bar had a range of options. You really cannot go wrong with this place at a pretty reasonable price. The luxury chalets are worth the extra of you are willing to go overbudget a bit.”

“Struttura un po' fuori dal centro di Livingstone. L'entrata è molto carina, le stanze sono piacevoli ma molto buie. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo cambiare stanza, pagando qualcosa in più, ma per quella che ci piaceva volevano 90 dollari in più. Avendo noi già pagato circa 140 dollari ci sembrava eccessivo. Abbiamo verificato su internet e Agoda vendeva per quella sera proprio quella stanza a solo120 dollari... Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception non hanno voluto rispondere. Morale:...

“このホテルは素晴らしいです！ 事前に予約をして、料金を払っているにもかかわらず、予約が取れていないと言われました。 系列ホテルがあるので、そっちを確認しろと言われ、わざわざ歩いて行きましたが、予約はないとのこと。結局最初に行ったホテルにて予約が取れていることが確認できました。 2時間も時間を無駄にさせられました。 掲載されている写真が誤っているので、注意が必要です。 室内について。 ゴキブリが数匹います。まるでサファリですね。 水についても注意が必要です。 突然水道が使えなくなり、清潔かわからないバケツにくまれた水を使用するように言われます。もちろんシャワーは浴びれません。 元々バケツが室内にあるので、水が止まることは頻繁なのだと考えられます。 ホテルの詳細には一切告知されていませんが。 予約の管理、掲載している写真、清潔感、水道トラブルなど、問題点が多すぎます。 絶対に再度宿泊することはないし、他の方も利用をお勧めしません。”

“First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by...
