"We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"Everything was great but we asked 4 times for the Wi-Fi code and never received it. Instructions on how to use amenities in the apartment would have been helpful and directions to the office to pick up keys would be great."

"This place is small but well engineered to maximize use of space. If you need a place to relax while in your room this is not the place. Also we are avg size and it was tight for us. The only place to sit is in or on the bed. The bed frame is not designed for this but with pillows we made it work. The windows when closed completely silence the street noise. "The studio is located next to the main house with a beautiful view of Santa Margherita and is just a short drive down the winding street to the center of town and the water. Parking is on the street, not guaranteed and rather limited. The photos show a sofa and describe one bedroom. The sofa is a pullout. The studio has a convenient kitchen with small fridge and cooktop. "The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
