Best possible location and view, nice property.
The apartment did not disappoint! The covered balcony and second bedroom have stunning views of Mullins Beach. And since the public beach is directly across the (busy) road, you can literally just walk overt in your swimsuit.
The rooms inside are large and the beds comfortable, with good air conditioning units. Wifi is pretty good, and there are lots of cable TV channels if that's your thing.
The kitchen has a good fridge and freezer. There is also a microwave.The glass-top range is quite slow, but it works.
There is also a small washer/dryer and a functional (but aging) dishwasher.
Linens and towels were clean and well-stocked. The kitchen and outdoor wet bar have lots of glassware, plates, and cutlery. The pots and pans were worn out, but we were able to get replacements from the agency with no delay.
There was a bit of miscommunication with the cleaning service, as they showed up twice without warning. As well, the property managers need to update the access codes in the welcome book, which are out of date. We never did get around to using the pool, as the sea was too tempting. The balcony, while nice, was also a bit buggy.
That said, we felt we got good value from this rental. The location is also very handy for bus and taxi transportation to Speightstown, Holetown, and Bridgetown. (Speights is just a 20-minute walk if you can stand the heat.) If you're lucky enough to have a car, there is also a dedicated parking spot.
Overall, great spot! Would rent again.
