“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“There was no one there when we arrived at the motel , then our room wasn’t ready and they asked us to come back in an hour , then once we got the room there were no towels . We asked for towels . They said they were going to bring us towels and they never did . ”

“This is a great place to stay for a one-nighter on a long journey. The place is currently undergoing updates, which are not messy (things like new doors). Our room smelled as if it had previously hosted smokers, which wasn’t ideal. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our stay was nice, quiet and dark, great sleep quality. The TV had a good selection of options and hosts were very helpful and friendly.
