“The hotel needs a good cleaning. The staff were very standoff’ish and seemed to go out of their way to ignore everyone. Refreshment center was a mess, and no one seemed to be refreshing or restocking it !!!”

“Breakfast was good, Waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, etc. Serving and dining areas were clean and organized. Parking was great and felt secure with a gated entry. Fitness room was sufficient but would not accommodate a large number of people. Room was clean, linens were fresh, mattress was firm with comfortable pillows. Looks like there are still some renovations underway but the updates are modern and inviting. ”

“I never received the instructions to get into the room and they have no responses to any messages. ”

“Nice room but pillows are uncomfortable and air conditioner did not seem to cool. Would have liked a robe for going to pool. Some hotels have in room. I guess you have to ask when you check in at this one. ”

“Room was perfectly cleaned on arrivle, good upgrades to the room like apps on the tv and a keurig coffee maker there werent enough towels but the staff was quick and friendly to provide more as needed.”

“Loved it! Stayed for one night, the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day! ”

“Our room was spacious, clean, everything worked, I didn’t request handicap access in the room, but our bedroom had a wall in shower. The shower was big, had a bench (didn’t use), a detachable shower head that reached the bench. As a pregnant woman, getting in and out of this shower is definitely nice and convenient. We love the buffet style breakfast, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Overall a good place, I’d recommend staying here, and would stay here again.”

“I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said ”

“Our room that was paid for was given away. We had no place to stay. Staff were flippant. Still haven't received refund.”

“Room was great. Had great space. Dishes. A full kitchen with an oven! Living room AND door that separates room from the living room. GREAT SPACE”

“It was my first time staying here last night and the front desk lady was so polite, kind, and attentive when she greeted me. It was a relaxing stay for me after I went to the REWIND Washington Con nearby. Breakfast was delicious and variety of choices. Will return again!”
