“Très bien situé, à moins de 12 minutes de marche du Vieux-Sherbrooke. Les propriétaires et le personnel se distinguent par une grande discrétion, allant jusqu’à s’effacer pour laisser toute la place au séjour. Cette réserve pourra plaire à certains, mais elle nous a laissés avec le sentiment d’être un peu de trop. Superbe demeure de 1872, soigneusement rénovée. Chambre très confortable, malgré le léger bruit constant du calorifère.”

“Spotless room, amazing taste in furniture, original hardwood floors with tile accents. Antique furniture through out gave it a old miney vibe. Not a single piece of dust to be found. I am neurodivert, and often dont feel the floors are clean enough to walk bare feet. I did not feel this way there. Breakfas5 was absolutely amazing, i felt like i was in a five star restaurant. “We stayed here in 2023 and absolutely loved it. We know that it is a five-star hotel, but we paid a lot more this time...in low season, which was disappointing. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best you can find in any hotel. ”

“We found the check in cold and unfriendly. We were bluntly told that the breakfast was not included since we didn’t book directly. Room vacuum cleaner had not been passed correctly in our room. Disappointment in our suite with no additional extras then a regular room. Room was expensive and we had to pay extra even to park outside. At least The penthouse king bed was clean and comfortable. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. There also was an additional $7 for a tea in the lounge area. Nowhere was there a sign for this.
