Ada masalah klu call operator tk pernah angkat. Komplen di Lobi cpt staff sampai.
Sarapan pg ok, tmpt pn selesa.
Salah 1 sbb kami ke B.Lagoon ada 9D, tp Rupanya 9D rosak. Rugi beli kupon.

Safety is a concern because could not lock from inside and the room can be accessed by other customers with their access card. I strongly suggest the hotel management to do a thorough security check on all doors, add a security door chain and a lock that can be locked manually from inside.”

“Excellent stay, hotel is newly refurbished. Just started operating very recently, staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and clean. Fantastic views of the Malacca River. Quite walkable to Jonker Street as well. Having ride my motorcycle there, the parking was safe and secured. Saw frequent security guards patrolling. They were also quick to assist when there were issues with the automatic gantry. Definitely will revisit again. Great stay for riders who are looking for...

“The hotel was officially opened a week before our stay. The rooms are clean, good view if the ocean and good night sleep.

Personale purtroppo molto disorganizzato il nostro check in è stato un incubo , se non avessi chiesto io dopo l’orario stsbilito se la camera fosse pronta credo che sarei ancora qui ad aspettare… camera essenziale molto umida . Colazione normale . Piscina bella , i bambini si sono molto divertiti . ”
