Went but didn't stay

The facade of the hotel is nothing like the picture ,it is in a slum area ,the stairs are that narrow you can hardly get up them,I booked a deluxe room but was shown to a room that was an internal room with no window the room was smelly and all sorts dusty .I have contacted ebookers with a view to getting a refund but with on luck yet

Woken up at Midnight

I walked into the room and could hardly breath. The air was stale and there were no windows. After turning on the AC it did get better. Tv was ok, some Asian/Western channels like AXN and comedy central. WiFi did not work, even after complaining and reassured that it would work. Staff came to my room at midnight, waking me up by ringing the buzzer and knocking on the door. I got up to answer and the bell hop gave me a bottle of water, which I did not ask for.

Hard to find from the airport.

Really hard to find from airport. Middle of mumbai madness. Comfortable bed and relatively clean room. Bathroom not great. Sink really dirty. But it is mumbai so better than other places I stayed.

never stayed there

I bookeD it about 8hrs before arriving. Called from the airport to confirm when I landed. 10min later I get there and the employee is only addressing the cab driver. Finally tells me it's booked full and that I'm going to another hotel down the road. Not the friendliest but not rude. Never stepped foot in the hotel. Not the best area.

Extremely unclean and hard to locate

I'm not a particularly fussy traveler but this place was disgusting dirty sheets, flies flying all around the room, no windows. Service from the staff seemed to constantly involve them trying to get tips from you, in very poor English. It's not very easy to find/well known, I had to switch taxi drivers to find it and the area around is not worth spending anyy time in. Having said all this they were very understanding in allowing me to move my check out time back by 3 hours which was pretty decent of them. Would recommend Anjali homestay instead, cheaper, cleaner etc

Good Budget hotel

For a budget hotel I found it to be clean and comfortable. Food served was simple and palatable. Room facilities viz. air conditioning, cable TV etc. were satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a comfortable stay at very reasonable prices.

Good for a brief Stay!

The hotel is located in the main road after Saki Naka towards Ghatkoper. Facilities and amenities in the hotel are adequate and I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a brief stay. Complementary breakfast though is simple with no bufe options. The place outside the hotel is not so cosmopolitan with busy traffic. But once you are inside the room, you wont be distrubed with outside noise. AC, Cable and Water heating facilities were working adequately, however I was not able to see any facility for free Internet.

Expect and be prepared for:

Here is my experience and what you should consider: 1. I received late night calls (yes calls, not call) from the hotel front desk starting at about 12:30 am asking me with a very strange low tone of voice if I wanted to drink some `good Indian beer`. I told the man that I was obviously asleep at this time of the night and not to call me again, but he did call me again asking the same question. Anger did not seem to deter this person. 2. The purpose of my stay was just to rest and sleep a little in between my international flight and my connecting domestic flight. I checked in at 8:00 pm and left at 4:00 am. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but here is the fact: THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY!! My room had ashtrays inside and smoke was everywhere from the neighboring rooms. Most certainly could not rest, nor really sleep. 3. The locks do not function properly in the room. My bed was pushed up against this old and disgusting looking set of 3 windows that do not lock!!! On the other side was the main street (literally in a slum). I really did 1/2 sleep with my wallet on me and any passport and other belongings attached to me as I did expect something can and probably will go wrong at this horrible brothel looking hotel. Under no circumstances should you ever consider staying at this place. Expedia should honestly take a look at my experience and the experience of others and remove this hotel from the list of options. If you respect yourself you will stay elsewhere.

Einfach und sauber

Für ein bis zwei Nächte ok, nicht weit von den Flughäfen. Taxifahrer kennen das Hotel nicht, daher ist ein Handy sinnvoll, damit der Fahrer mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnehmen kann!

DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is horrible. It's like a pay by the hour hotel located in a dark alley. It seemed to be an unsafe area and I ended up leaving instead of staying here. The reception personnel were very rude. Under no circumstances would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
