“We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. ”

“It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area ”

“What a beautiful place to stay . The only room above a fully renovated pub. Both the room and the pub are beautifully done. It's a large spacious room . The classic cast iron slipper foot tub in the middle of the room was used everyday. Great way to wind down. A convenience store is across the street so is parking . Great food downstairs in the pub and the staff couldn't have been nicer. If Southerndown is on your radar . This is the spot!”
