“Staff were nice; room not the best. Stayed for one night as all other hotels sold out for a Ball State event. Room clearly had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor looked not mopped well. Wore flip flops during stay. Beds were clean but not so comfy. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Slept, skipped a shower and checked out. It served its purpose but wouldn’t stay again unless necessary.”

“First the picture do not match what the actual room and place looks like. We thought it was a typical Wyndham Inn. It is not. They are very struck about the check-in time — we were an hr prior to check in after several hrs on the road and they would not let us check in not even a hour early. Even if the website states early check in is ok the physical place does not. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday were extremely rude and unhelpful.
