“This was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasn’t traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them. I got into town a couple of hours early before checkin, and they graciously found me a room to check in...

“We arrived at 10:30 pm and there was 4 people waiting to check in before us. It took about 25 min, but once in the room was clean and nice. We had a short stay so did not see much of hotel other than our room.”
