Spaziosa baita rustica immersa nella Ponderosa Pines, oltre 100 alberi su questo doppio terreno. Tranquilla strada senza uscita, a mezzo isolato dal sentiero forestale, vicino ai sentieri quad.
Munds Park è a 15 minuti a sud di Flagstaff. Confortevoli e arredate in modo unico, due grandi divani in piuma d'oca, 2 poltrone, 8 posti letto, sala da pranzo al coperto o all'aperto. 1500mq con ampio soppalco. 1 bagno 3/4, barbecue propano, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, 3 caminetti, vasca da bagno artiglio antico, piano cottura / forno del 1940 (funziona davvero), giochi da tavolo, forniamo internet ad alta velocità tramite Century Link, tuttavia internet può essere spotty, Netflix, nessuna TV normale. Questa cabina è un work in progress, stiamo sempre aggiornando e creando interessanti spazi interessanti all'interno della proprietà. I pavimenti attualmente hanno un piccolo passo verso la zona cucina e il bagno principale. TANTISSIMA CURA AMANTE È ANDATA IN QUESTA CABINA. Cabina non fumatori!

Our Girl Scouts loved sleeping in the loft together. The home had everything we needed and it was perfectly warm. We got dusted with the perfect amount of snow too!

Weekend getaway in Munds Park

Quaint rustic home with all the comfortable touches that made us feel so warm and relaxed! Love the location which was not too far from Sedona for hiking. Would definitely go back!

Great getaway from the Valley with our kids and dog!

Cute rustic cabin that makes you feel like you are in the middle of the woods, yet close by restuarants and the freeway to Flagstaff. The loft area was perfect for our kids. The fenced yard was ideal for our dog. And all the snow was an unexpected treat for everyone. The national forest was a few blocks away, a nice short walk to an easy trail that was perfect for some afternoon fun! Odessa and Rose were helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I rented this cabin for Valentine’s weekend and enjoyed our stay. It actually snowed the whole time we were there so it was quite magical outside. The only issue we found was that the only source of heating was through the fireplaces, space heaters, and wall heaters. We found that it was quite cold without a central heating system so we had to keep a fire going in the living room to try and keep warm. There is a heated blanket that we discovered on the second night that helped us stay warm at night. We slept in the loft as well because it was the warmest spot in the cabin. The stove worked well as well as the other amenities .

Would not recommend

Positives- The property has a great location in Munds Park, the trees in the yard are nice and we loved the hammock. The kitchen was nice. Negatives- The home was not clean. My daughter's feet were black after walking around in the house barefoot. We found feces and urine on the floor in a crawl space upstairs. I was pretty shocked they rent it out in the condition it is in. There are many areas where young children or elderly could get injured or hurt (stairs on patio for example). We could not get the tv's to work at all. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable to sit on. The master bathroom smelled horrible. And the overall feel (especially in the evening/nighttime) was just very creepy to be honest. We made the best of it and still stayed, but it is in very poor condition. I tried contacting the owner a few times during the stay. Heard back after we left, they were nice and said they had a new cleaning crew that must have done a poor job cleaning, and refunded our cleaning fee. But in reality it's more than just the cleanliness of the home that was disappointing, it was the overall condition that was horrible. Would not recommend renting this home.

Rustic Cosy cottage

Family Getaway

Loved the outdoor space and the location. Spent most of our time in the front yard. Very quirky and "cabin-y" which we like. Only complaint would be that the water heater in the master bathroom is fickle. Plenty of hot water but it goes in and out a lot so it freezes you and then scolds you if you adjust it. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Cozy cabin

This cozy cabin was just what we needed for a short get-a-way from the Phoenix heat. Great location, close to many outdoor activities and very quiet. It was lovely to hear the wind in the pines and birds.

Mountain Getaway

Great place, clean, quiet, great yard for relaxing in the trees. Close to many great hiking trails and also off road vehicle trails. Quiet neighborhood - overall great place!

Great getaway!

I loved the privacy. Very quiet. I Relished the mornings sitting outside with my coffee. Wall heaters throughout the cabin. Fireplaces super soothing. Master bath with floor heating. What more can u ask for? I’d recommend to all! Thank you Rose Ann for everything!

Great weekender

The cabin is eclectic and quaint. My kids and mother-in-law all loved it too. Would definitely book again. Only draw back was hot water in the master bedroom bath and cookware. The hot water in the master, I think, comes from an inline heater. We tried once to figure it out but instead just opted for the main shower. The dishware was great and plenty of it but the cookware wasn't the best. Made french toast with the griddle and 10" skillet, they could have been flatter. Challenging to get even cooking. A big plus though was the gas grill outside. According to my wife the best steaks I've ever made All in all a great place to get away. P.S. the only sounds I heard were the birds and wind, extra bonus ;)

Charming and Rustic

Charming and Rustic are the perfect words for this little cottage. My family of 7 plus a dog just came back from a stay where we enjoyed the coziness of the house and Mother Nature gave us a hefty dose of snow! The Rustic Rose provided my family the perfect, comfortable and cozy place to land after a long day of sledding and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks again to Rose Ann who checked in and made sure we had enough fire wood for the frigid nights we appreciated that :)

Wonderful mountain get-away

We loved our time at the Rustic Rose. Very relaxing and rustic cabin very close to hiking/biking trails and a short drive up to Flag or down to Sedona. We would definitely go back! One complaint was that there was no hand soap or extra trash bags anywhere in the house... For the high rental cost it would have been nice to have these basic supplies instead of having to go buy some at the gas station.... Not something I usually think to pack from home. Other than that it was fantastic!

Review of Rose's Cabin

Health problems made it impossible for me to get to the cabin. My daughters took two long week-ends and my remarks are their comments. The cabin is on a beautiful lot. The lot is very large and shady. The cabin is clean and well furnished. The temperature was cool but I could imagine a hot time when an air conditioner would be needed. In general, we enjoyed our week-ends. A speedy return of the $250 cleaning deposit would be appreciated.

A few negatives, but a delightful stay nevertheless

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Rose. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was nice, and the living room was spacious and cozy. The Rustic Rose is a quaint and cozy place set in the quiet area of Munds Park, about 20 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. The perfect getaway. Although we enjoyed our time there, there were a few problems. First, the wifi does not work. We tried multiple times, and we could not get it to register or work for us. The water pressure in the showers is not great. Plus the temperature of the water changes from hot to cold ever minute or so. There were a few other minor problems, but overall we loved staying here. Cozy and interesting, there are a ton of little nooks and crannies to find, and the Rustic Rose is a wonderful location for a vacation getaway.

Cozy, beautiful and relaxing
