Goditi Monaco come abitante di questo appartamento bilocale recentemente rinnovato nel centro della città. L'edificio risale alla metà del 1800 e le dotazioni del 2016. Con 82 metri quadrati (quasi 900 piedi quadrati) avrai molto spazio per lavorare o rilassarti. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra e, oltre ad essere molto sicuro, è facilmente accessibile per ogni viaggiatore. La posizione è molto vicino a SENDLINGER TOR, un importante snodo dei trasporti pubblici con l'intersezione di 4 linee della metropolitana, 4 linee del tram e una linea di autobus. Puoi facilmente arrivare in qualsiasi parte della città da Sendlinger Tor. Marienplatz è a pochi passi di distanza. Nonostante sia nel centro della città, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso ed è sempre apprezzato dagli ospiti di ogni età. Famiglie, pensionati, viaggiatori d'affari, cantanti d'opera, attori ed esploratori di ogni genere sono stati nostri ospiti nel corso degli anni.

Il bagno è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2016 e comprende una grande cabina doccia, riscaldamento a pavimento, armadietti personalizzati e una combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice. La cucina comprende un grande frigorifero, una lavastoviglie, molti utensili da cucina e pentole e padelle di tutte le dimensioni. L'appartamento è ideale per soggiorni più lunghi o brevi viaggi di fuga.

Un nuovo divano letto di fabbricazione italiana con un materasso di dimensioni extra per il massimo comfort si trova nel soggiorno insieme a un delizioso nuovo tavolo da pranzo e sedie. La zona giorno ha un'illuminazione di buon gusto che può essere oscurata per adattarsi a qualsiasi umore.

La camera da letto ha un nuovissimo materasso e un letto di 180 cm x 200 cm insieme a letti di alta qualità di Zoeppritz, la più antica azienda europea di tessitura di tessuti (1828). Avrai un sacco di spazio armadio con una comoda scrivania e connettività WLAN ad alta velocità e, naturalmente, un televisore a schermo piatto. Disegna le deliziose tende JAB Anstoetz per la privacy in qualsiasi momento e goditi la tua casa lontano da casa a Monaco.

Molto umido - Terribke humidity

La ragazza che ci ha accolto era molto gentile, peccato per l’immobile. I luoghi sono seminterrati, come del resto si capisce dall’inserzione, ma soffrono di in umidità terribile che costringe a tenere finestre aperte e deumidificatore acceso. Purtroppo il tutto incompatibile con le esigenze della mia famiglia. I gestori sono stati molto comprensivi e disponibili nel rifonderci la quota pagata, trattenendo però una notte.. The girl who welcomed us was very kind, not so the property. The place is a basement, as can be understood from the advertisement, but suffer from terrible humidity that forces you to keep windows open and the dehumidifier on. Unfortunately all incompatible with the needs of my family. The managers were very understanding and helpful to give us back the fee paid, but withholding one night ..

Great Munich Apartment

This was a wonderful little apartment within walking distance to public transportation and Marienplatz. There was also a great little grocery store nearby. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay: coffee maker, tea kettle, small kitchen, WiFi, and washer/dryer. The host was always prompt and easy to communicate with.

Bait & switch listing

Sorry, but the pictures of this listing do not match the state of the apartment today but look like professional real estate shots from when it was last sold. While the appliances in the unit today are in fact newer than what's pictured, the rest of the apartment hasn't aged too well. The place is a souterrain apartment and unfortunately very dark, damp and musty smelling. Unsurprisingly, the house guest manual had instructions to keep a pair of dehumidifiers running at all times and empty the collection bucket on one as it filled up. I'm sorry, the last and only time I had to live with a dehumidifier was renting in a dodgy student shared house in Sydney that had an issue with rising damp and mold. This stay was also the only time I have ever encountered a cockroach in Munich. Admittedly I left the place some 20 years ago after growing up there and climate change likely means roaches are now not uncommon in the city, but the state of cleanliness, or lack thereof, would have to be a big contributor. Please give the place a thorough clean and update the listing with some current photos so people know what they're getting. The location is fabulous and the self-check-in was seamless and convenient, but unfortunately this didn't make up for the many other flaws that made this stay, in my home town no less, a low point of our Europe holiday accommodation-wise

The apartment was in a good location. It was not very clean. Used soaps in a dish and used tea towel hanging up. Oven and trays dirty. Good sized fridge. King sized bed and spacious.

Great location, large apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Rooms are below grade, so not too bright. We had bad luck with the intermittent heating system, so could not get comfortable. Really need full heat to drive off the dampness. Renovated bathroom and comfy lounging area.

A little effort would make this great

The location was great - even had a fun little cocktail bar next door. With a little effort, this would be an ideal location. There were 3 different coffee makers but no coffee making ingredients provided (most do this). There were 2 irons on site - one appeared to have had a cord fire and the other had something melted to the bottom. My partner was able to clean the one with the melt on it so it was usable. While there was a washer/dryer unit, we were unable to find laundry supplies until after we had purchased detergent. The hair dryer appeared to have melted around the nozzle so we were leary of using it. The host made no contact during our stay.

Location was perfect, being close to the major transport links and within walking distance of some brilliant parts of the city. The neighbourhood was vibrant and cool, with some fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. There are some easily-fixed drawbacks to the apartment however; pillows, bedding, towels and curtains all need replacing, to come up to the standard of the rest of the apartment and to justify the price. Basic things that would make a huge difference. Nonetheless, the apartment itself is very spacious and secure, and the bathroom is new and clean.

This was a very large flat with tons of space. Close enough to many sights, but still not in the busy part of the touristy area. Space was functional but not luxurious, which is all we needed.

Very spacious, main bedroom extremely large and nice area to just chill in. Church bells every half hour and the early morning church bell display meant the place wasn’t that quiet. Loved walking through the old cemetery behind the building and looking at the tomb stones.

Huge!!

This apartment is huge and provides everything you will need for your stay. The location is situated closely to public transport, grocery, and pharmacy. The apartment is very large and will comfortably accommodate a group of four. It is situated in a safe neighborhood near the Oktoberfest Festival site. Top Notch!!

A Huge Letdown

First of all…make NO mistake…this is a Basement apartment! I feel like we’ve been “catfished”!! This apartment does not look like its pictures! Don’t know when they were taken but it does not look like that! It is dank, dark and musty which became bearable after 3 days with the dehumidifier running 24/7 and emptying 3 times daily. There was mould around the shower area. Drain in shower needs cleaning as floor would flood. Cobwebs in every corner. Room sizes were decent. Bed was super low…maybe 15 inches off the floor but comfortable…thankfully. Curtains in main room were barely hanging on and in need of repair. If I could have gotten my money back we would have left! Only good thing was we loved the area…just not the apartment! Would not recommend!

Perfect Oktoberfest apartment

Great location for exploring Munich. Centrally located - a short walk or quick ride on public transit to both Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. It is quite humid in the apartment, so you have to keep the windows open. I wasn’t completely comfortable with that as it’s a ground floor unit, plus many of the windows have ripped or missing screens, allowing bugs in. Very convenient to have washer/dryer, but it TINY and takes a long time, so don’t expect to do massive amounts of laundry. Lots of space in the apartment, and the bed was very comfortable. Cute neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Overall was perfect for the two of us for three days in Munich!

Great stay in Munich!

The property was located in a really good spot to gain access to the tram line and the entire city. We were able to explore so much off of the location of the property. The property itself had a very easy check-in process and the amenities were good (especially the access to fans in the heat wave passing through.) Thank you for an amazing stay!
