Better clean check needed
The room overall was nice, I'm just disappointed with the cleaning of the shower, when i arrived it was not fully cleaned and i was in already when i noticed, plus the drain didn't work properly.

Assolutamente soddisfatto!
Ottimo hotel, servizio celere, attento e accurato. Estremamente silenzioso, stanze calde e accoglienti. Personale disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, colazione abbondante e grande cortesia anche oltre gli orari previsti. Facile parcheggio in strada, ma presente anche garage interno per pochi euro al giorno. Comodo per spostarsi, ma senza la ressa del pieno centro. Due-tre ristoranti/birrerie degne di nota nelle immediate vicinanze. Lo consiglio!

Hotel non tanto vicino al centro, in un buco di strada. La camera con moquette che era tutto macchiato, di mattina alzati con naso chiuso da allergia. Personale disponibile però ci ha cambiato la stanza e ci ha dato quella con parquet che era completamente un'altra cosa. Comunque non darei all'albergo titolo di 4 stelle perché non corrisponde ed anche il prezzo é un'po esagerato.

A meno di 100 metri dal trasporto pubblico
L'arrivo non è stato dei migliori, lo staff poliglotta non c'era (è stato presente nei giorni successivi, comunque, cortese ed efficiente) e il mio bagno non era stato pulito, c'erano capelli nella doccia e una macchia scura sull'asse del water. Inoltre, il comodino era ricoperto di macchie di vino. Dietro mia segnalazione (un po' problematica perché lo staff capiva a malapena l'inglese), il bagno è stato pulito e non ho più avuto problemi, anche se, in generale, le piastrelle del bagno e la cabina doccia avrebbero bisogno di essere lavate a fondo. Le stanze sono molto grandi, considerata la singola media che solitamente è una specie di loculo. Ci si poteva muovere agilmente, nonostante ci fossero letto, tavolino, 2 sedie e un mobile. l'armadio era collocato nell'ingresso della stanza, di fronte al bagno, che era di buone dimensioni. Se non avessi avuto quella brutta partenza, consiglierei l'hotel. Così, non mi sento di farlo. In generale, diciamo che è un buon 3 stelle, ma non un 4 stelle. Per un prezzo simile, avrei potuto scegliere un hotel 4 stelle di catena.

Ottimo soggiorno
Albergo bello e pulito, in una zona non centralissima ma immersa nel verde e a portata di mezzi (a 50 metri si prende il tram 15/25 con cui si può raggiungere centro in 10 minuti o aeroporto in 40 minuti senza alcun problema). Ottima la colazione, anche se a 15€ si pranza abbondantemente in qualunque birreria della città.

Tranquillità e pulizia
L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino a una zona verde. Il personale è molto gentile, le camere sono confortevoli e pulite, la colazione è ottima( solo un po' costosa...). Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Vicino al centro
Stanza non grande ma tutto come segnalato nel sito. Comodo il centro che si può raggiugnere in 15 minuti a piedi. A questo prezzo a Monaco tra i 4 stelle non si trovano soluzioni mogliori .

Erstes Zimmer wurde leider nicht richtig gereinigt (Toilette), das zweite war dann ein tolles Upgrade! Größeres Zimmer, Bett und sogar einen Balkon. Personal war im Hotel wie im Restaurant SEHR freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde es wieder nehmen und weiter empfehlen.

Das einzig Gute ist die Lage des Hotels. Die Schallisolierung zwischen den Zimmern und den Stockwerken ist katastrophal. Wenn ein Gast in einem Bad die Dusche nutzt, entwickelt sich aus unerfindlichen Gründen ein störender, stockwerkübergreifender Infraschall. Außerdem sind die Bäder viel zu klein.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Prinz. There were a few disappointments, however. First, we were only given one towel and one duvet cover for 2 people. Unfortunately when I tried to call the front desk, nobody picked up. We were also disappointed by the shower, as it was built in such a way that we were forced to sit uncomfortably with our heads bent down. We were also unable to draw a bath because the water pressure was so low. This was rather disappointing for €200 per night.

Comfortable hotel and very quiet. Situated in residential area 10-15 minutes walk to nearest railway and underground station - no shops or restaurants nearby. I was a bit puzzled that my large room appeared to have no air conditioning or heating. On the first night the room was very hot but ok the second night when I opened the large sliding window. I was a single occupant of a double room but the bed only had a light single duvet. Being 6’2” I didn’t feel very snug under the covers. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room especially as being a smallish hotel there was no room service menu. I was a bit taken back that having decided to take breakfast in the hotel on the second morning of my stay I was charged €17 for just a fairly limited choice from the cold buffet - I may have been mistaken but I didn’t even see a toaster. I know that Munich has a reputation as being an expensive city but I didn’t think that the Hotel Prinz offered very good value as it was no better than what I would expect from a U.K. budget hotel for less than half the cost.
