“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“This four stars hotel is located in the heart of the city centre of Nijmegen, on a historical street full of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The location is very convenient, and it is 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station. The hotel is located in a historical building that has been renovated and has an elevator. Unfortunately, I cannot give you entirely positive feedback: the room is spacious but lacks equipment. The bathroom has no furniture, just one hook on the door...

“The room was very well designed and furnished. We arrived in the evening and everything was great on arrival. Our check out day, we were able to leave our luggage while walking around the city, and Annalinda was very enthusiastic and gave us suggestions on places to visit, both in Den Bosch and in Amsterdam. If ever I'm back in the area, I'm coming here!”

“L'Hotel è un po' vecchio ma è comodo. Attenzione che si può fare check in solo tra le 15 e le 17, fuori dagli orari non c'è personale. Dopo le 17 per entrare servono le chiavi. Posizione ottima, parcheggio solo a pagamento a 5 minuti a piedi, 11€ al giorno. Si arriva subito in centro e lungo il canale. Colazione buona. ”
