Doc's Place dispone di 4 ampie camere da letto - 3 con un letto matrimoniale ciascuna e la 4 con 2 letti singoli. Tutti hanno biancheria da letto di lusso. Ci sono 2 letti singoli portatili e un divano letto per letti aggiuntivi. Due bagni, 1 al piano principale e 1 al piano superiore dove si trovano le camere da letto. La cucina è elegante con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e stoviglie di qualità. Grande tavolo da pranzo per pasti e giochi in famiglia. Ampio soggiorno con grande TV a schermo piatto, arredamento confortevole, veranda con tavoli e sedie per caffè / colazione mattutina e posti a sedere aggiuntivi. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice è inclusa per l'uso. Goditi l'esterno nel patio o sul ponte per un drink serale e osserva il tramonto. Siamo in posizione centrale a Munising per tutte le tue attività all'aperto! Siamo a pochi passi da Bayshore Park, mercato degli agricoltori, crociere di rocce nella foto, pista ciclabile sulla riva del lago, pesca al molo, caffetteria, negozio di ceramiche, gelati, libri, regali, caramelle, ristoranti, chiese e molto altro ancora!

Waterfalls, lighthouses, and Pictured Rocks.

A nicely appointed home, in a great location, convenient for exploring all the beauty the area has to offer. We visited all the local shops in Munising, saw many waterfalls, lighthouses, and the Pictured Rocks, visited Marquette, Tahqhamenon Falls, and picked up rocks at Christmas and Grand Marais beaches. A great time, snd hope to visit again in the future.

Christmas 2024

We stayed at Doc's house during the Christmas holidays to be close to family and friends. It worked out great. Plenty of space with the open kitchen/dining room and adjacent living room. The 4 upstairs bedrooms are roomy with closets. Full baths on both levels. Clean, comfortable, in-town location. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Great Property for Sisters’ Trip

We stayed here for our annual trip and it was perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone, wonderful linens and pillows, lots of space to hang out and play games. Excellent communication from the property owner. Walking distance to the boat cruise and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for UP adventures

Wonderful and clean home in a perfect spot for exploring Munising, the pictured rocks, and the Lake Superior shoreline. Spacious home had everything we needed, and is within walking distance of lots of attractions. We had a great week in late summer here!

Annual Family Trip

This was our 4th summer trip up to Munising. We love the area and exploring. This summer we stayed in Doc’s place and had an amazing experience. Plenty of space, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. We had two children with us and they had space to play. We loved DQ across the street and visited every evening!

Great location, great property

Located in the heart of downtown Munising Doc’s place is walkable to just about any restaurant in Munising as well as Lake Superior and the town Dock. Loved the house it is very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good condition. We would definitely stay at Doc’s place again!

Great place

My family of 6 had a great time in this beautiful home in Munising. It is very roomy, with a huge table for dinner and games and plenty of seating in the living room/sun room. It is walking distance to the Pictured Rock boat tours and downtown Munising. It's very close to trails and waterfalls. We enjoyed 2 fires in the firepit and made lots of great memories. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Location

We booked Doc's Place for a Car Club weekend. The location was perfect. Walking distance to food, beverage, tour boat dock and stores. The host was attentive and sent a text after we arrived to make sure we were all doing good. Parking for our four classic cars was great. The best part was the house. Clean. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Bathrooms were clean and we had plenty of towels and wash clothes for 8 adults. Very comfortable. The only complaint was the Dairy Queen across the street was closed for the season. We all recommend this property'

Owner constantly text, email and treats you like a child

The property is a great property great location everything was clean. The only thing that they didn’t have was enough pots and pans The owner did send two skillets over on one of her million texts. One of the most negative part was the owner consistently text, and emailed you. my opinion treat you like a child I was looking for a vacation where I wouldn’t be constantly on my phone responding to people and because the owner wouldn’t stop texting felt like that’s what just happened. Also the house sleeps 12 but there’s a different fee to have more than 8 in the house.

Amazing Stay

Lisa was so incredible! We booked the property last minute and have zero regrets. It's a beautiful property right next to Pictured Rocks kayaking! I wish the bedrooms had mirrors (it was too many of us for me to do my makeup in the bathroom), but the beds were comfy and everything was adorable. Thank you so, so much Lisa for making it so easy for us!

Oasis During our Adventures

The house is strategically located in a small but very functional community. We had lots o outdoor recreational, plenty of walkup stores, and restaurants. This isn't an area overrun with trendy tourist shops, but we found it excellent for local food shopping and local excursions. The UP experience requires you to go to nature; we loved it. The home was our relaxing part of the vacation and was very well-appointed. The appliances are all new, and the beds and linen feel new. The large kitchen has many gadgets that make preparing meals very easy. The Laundry was perfect, didn't see the neighbors, and the locals are friendly. I would highly recommend this spot!

Great home/location

We had a lovely stay for a long weekend getaway. The house was well furnished and cozy. Great location- close enough for day trips to see Pictured Rocks and waterfalls. Good communication with host.
