It's not a 4 stars hotel
"Nobody spoke English!!! It isn't normal in a 4 stars hotel!!! There were people smoking in the hall and the staff didn't help me doing a bus booking, so there wasn't any tourist desk! The pool is in the car parking (in fact nobody used it!). Very poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel"

"Not as descibed on hotels.com. There is no restaurant and therefore no breakfast. There is no terrace. Photos must be really old. First room assigned smelled of smoking and to their credit they did swop our room. All a bit dated but it was cheap so you get what you pay for."
