“Hotel nuovo e molto pulito. Personale cortese, e posizione ideale con shopping mall adiacente.”

“Lovely and cozy place, good for any type of visitor. Location is ok but not great; if you want to walk to old Ipoh distance is short but the walk is not pretty, for the first half. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot in spite of its few flaws. Then again, price was pretty good, so few small flaws can be accepted.”

“There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's good for a family. It's clear and its space is enough for 4 persons. The bad equiments is the TV controler, it's difficult to use and we couldn't watch TV. ”

Both the main entrance and the reception counter on the 12/F were respectively posted with a security guard. A 7-11 shop located on the G/F is convenient for purchase of food and sundry items. The variety of food and beverages provided in the breakfast maintained an acceptable quality of taste. “La posizione del hotel é buona. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché trattandosi di un excelsior ci si immagina il top...invece no. La prima stanza assegnataci tutto sembrava tranne che superior, doccia senza box, tende oscuranti con buchi, controsoffittatura con macchie. Comumque ci facciamo cambiare la stanza ed otteniamo la superior da noi prenotata. Il personale é stato gentile e diaponibile alle nostre richieste. Colazione salata ok, ma la colazione dolce é inesistente.”

“Room is spacious and as shown in the pictures. Beds are comfortable Only gave 4 star because bathroom only has a narrow tiled ledge for toiletries and no hand towel was provided.”

“Close to the train station, most of the visiting areas are walkable, and plenty of dining options. The only thing, that has nothing to do with the hotel is that there is a karaoke bar around the block that blasts its music late into the night. ”

“The place was really safe and clean. I did not take any cleaning services hence me and my family had to clean the place - throw rubbish by ourselves which we didnt mind. The apartment i booked had 2 rooms and in one of the room aircon was not serviced well. At 16degree, it wasnt so cold. ”

“Budget property in a good location. There is a nightclub across the road however and a clock tower that rings every hour. The nightclub was open until 2am, which made it difficult to sleep. Staff also judgemental when we requested additional toilet paper.”
