    1000 m2 terraced garden (trampoline, children's hut, mini football field)

    Located in a hamlet between La Bourboule and Mont-Dore, the house is close to the resorts of Mont-Dore (downhill skiing) and La Stèle (cross-country skiing/snowshoeing). Just above is the old resort of Super-Murat (snowshoeing/hiking)

    Several hikes start from the hamlet (La Banne d'Ordanche, Le Puy Gros, etc.) and paths lead to La Bourboule, Le Mont-Dore or Murat-le-Quaire.

    First floor: large bright dining room, kitchen (microwave, 5-burner piano + large oven, two fridges), pantry (dishwasher, freezer), living room (TV, DVD player), laundry room (washing machine & dryer)

    1st floor: 4 bedrooms (including a master suite: 1 double bed 200X140 - 3 single beds), 4 s.de b.

    2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (including a dormitory of 4), 3 s.de b.
