Alloggio super confortevole
La casa era pulitissima e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nel darci tutte le informazioni necessarie durante il soggiorno. La casa ha un'ottima posizione ed è stata un ottimo appoggio per giornate di mare con nostro figlio di 1 anno. Letto matrimoniale comodo e disponibilità del lettino per bambini. Aggiungerei solo le zanzariere a completamento di tutti i comfort ;)

Vacanze a costa rei
Il soggiorno è stato perfetto!! Il signor Gabriele è stato molto ospitale, ci ha accolto con un vassoio di dolcetti sardi e bibite fresche..cosa molto gradita dopo un viaggio di tre ore! La casa l'abbiamo trovata completa di tutto e soprattutto molto pulita!! La posizione è strategica in quanto con una breve passeggiata si arriva al mare di costa rei e a tutti i servizi del piccolo centro (market, macelleria, pescheria, ristoranti e pizzerie..). Noi abbiamo girato molte spiagge con la macchina, raggiungibili in massimo 20 minuti! Alloggio molto consigliato per una vacanza al sud est dell'isola. Un caro saluto dalla Toscana!! Che NOSTALGIA!!!
Siamo stati a Costa Rei dal 12 al 29 agosto, con i nostri bambini di 4 e 6 anni, la vacanza è stata meravigliosa, l’appartamento di Gabriele e Graziella molto spazioso e confortevole, ben fornito, ideale per il soggiorno con i bambini (i nostri figli hanno vissuto praticamente in giardino). Uno dei due giardini ha vista mare, abbiamo ammirato: albe, temporali sul mare, barche a vela , la luna piena, tantissime stelle, fuochi d’artificio e anche un doppio arcobaleno!...infatti mangiavamo sempre fuori per non perderci lo spettacolo! La casa l'abbiamo trovata in ordine, pulita, funzionale , silenziosa e fresca anche nelle ore + calde. La gentilezza dei proprietari e la loro ospitalità ci hanno fanno sentire come di famiglia. Sono sempre stati durante tutta la vacanza molto disponibili, discreti e premurosi e spesso abbiamo usufruito dei loro preziosi consigli su spiagge e servizi in zona. L’alloggio è situato in posizione strategica, infatti in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge e calette una più caratteristica dell’altra. A 500 mt se non si vuole prendere la macchina si raggiunge a piedi la bella spiaggia di Costa Rei. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, quindi supermarket, farmacia, bancomat, gelateria, ristoranti, fornaio ed un’ottima gastronomia da asporto! E' stata una vacanza indimenticabile, di certo ritorneremo, per l'ospitalità ricevuta e per i luoghi incantevoli che abbiamo visitato. Quindi a presto, un salutone grande a Gabriele e Graziella. E grazie di tutto!!! Ale e Luca (con mamma e papà)

Scrivere una recensione su questa famiglia è la cosa più naturale che abbia fatto .Arrivati come ospiti dopo due giorni erano di famiglia. Entusiasmo contagioso, amore a prima vista per la mia terra e cosa più importante il rispetto per luoghi e persone. Hanno rispettato una tabella di marcia paragonabile a quella dei più allenati escursionisti( merito di Mariangela) tanta era la voglia di scoprire posti nuovi .È doveroso salutare Luca e Alex bambini meravigliosi spero di rivedervi presto curioso di vedervi all’opera nell’organizzare il prossimo soggiorno. ps. Siete contagiosi

Villetta a schiera tenuta in modo perfetto
L'appartamento è biesposto, ben ventilato, con un piccolo giardino davanti e uno più grande dietro, entrambi perfettamente tenuti. Sul retro c'è anche una zona piastrellata con tavolo e barbecue in muratura fornito di tutto l'occorrente per fare una bella grigliata. All'interno le 2 camere e il soggiorno sono arredati con gusto e forniti di tutto l'occorrente, compresi lavatrice, condizionatore, lenzuola e asciugamani. Inoltre, se avete bambini, i proprietari potranno fornirvi giocattoli da spiaggia, passeggino e lettino, cosa fondamentale se, come noi, viaggiate in aereo. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono anche un ombrellone e due piccole sdraio da spiaggia con un carrellino per portarle comodamente al mare. La pulizia della struttura é ottima, noi in fase di prenotazione abbiamo inoltre chiesto ai proprietari di contattare una donna delle pulizie per un certo numero di ore durante la vacanza. Il supermercato principale è a 4 minuti a piedi, e con altri 2 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia, disponibile sia libera che attrezzata. Tutti i principali ristoranti si trovano nella zona centrale di cosra rei e sono molto comodi da raggiungere a piedi. I proprietari, molto cordiali e disponibili, abitano nelle vicinanze e sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Se siete alla ricerca di una casa confortevole, pulita e ben tenuta questa sistemazione fa per voi.

Vacanza splendida!
La casa e' veramente splendida...molto accogliente, pulitissima, in posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in appena 5 minuti di passeggiata...edicola, market, pizzeria, bar, pescheria e bazar vicinissimi...giardino davanti e dietro ben curati e vivibilissimi! I proprietari sono persone splendide e molto disponibili! Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità e relax! La casa inoltre e' in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere tutte le spiagge di villasimius che quelle di arbatax (più lontane ma raggiungibilissime in giornata)

Grande disponibilità e accoglienza, appartamento ampio molto ben arredato e perfettamente pulito. Curati nei più piccoli particolari anche i due giardini. Praticamente tutto perfetto!!

Beautiful Holidays
We really enjoyed the stay at Gabrieles vacation house. Everything was really clean, nice maintained and had great attention to detail (air conditioning, BBQ...) Costa Rei is really beautiful and has everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation at the beach. We would definately recommend this place and also come back one day.

Entspannung pur! Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit 2 tollen Terrassen, Außenküche Außentusche
Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Gabriele und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Bei Fragen und Anliegen haben Sie uns sofort geholfen. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Von der vorderen Terrasse hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Auf der hinteren Terrasse einen Blick auf die Berge, die wir in Ruhe genießen konnten. Klasse waren die Outdoor-Küche und der Grill, welche wir rege genutzt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war wirklich alles da, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen, selbst ein Sonnenschirm und weitere Stranduntensilien. Es gibt einen reservierten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso das herrliche Meer mit seinem weiten Strand. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir danken Gabriele und seiner Frau sehr für die super unkomplizierte An- und Abreise und den tollen Urlaub. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Es war alles sehr spontan und angenehm, die Gastfamilie zu Gast zu haben. Einfache und höfliche Menschen, die sowohl das Haus als auch unsere Beratung sofort zu schätzen wussten. Wir konnten ihnen ein gutes Gefühl geben, indem wir uns dafür zur Verfügung stellten, dass sie keine Probleme hatten, sondern nur den Gedanken, einen fantastischen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr schön!!
Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit allem Notwendigen dabei. Wir haben den Garten mit der Außenküche sehr genossen. Alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen (Strand, Mercato, Restaurant, Gelateria...). Es gibt tolles Strand-Equipment. Der WLAN-Router funktioniert einwandfrei. TV war auch mit deutschen Programmen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem ein sehr schönes Haus in Costa Rei. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Fabulous stay in Costa Rei
We booked this at short notice and couldn’t have asked for a better week. Gabriele was brilliant with his communication and the house was spotless. It has a lovely front and rear garden too with bbq and outdoor cooking area. The house is lovely & quiet, it’s a 5 min walk to the beach and close to all the shops & restaurant. I’d recommend without hesitation. Thanks Gabriele

Sommer Urlaub 2020
Das Haus war in einem sehr schönen und gepflegtem Zustand nahe beim Zentrum. Wir wurden von Gabriele herzlich empfangen und er war immer zur stellen sofern er benötigt wurde. Wir haben in dieser Zeit die Aussen-küche und den Grill sehr genossen und konnten so trotz schwieriger Zeit sehr schöne Urlaubstage geniessen. Besten Dank an Gabriele

Toller Urlaub in Costa Rei
Danke für den schönen Urlaub in Costa Rei! Gabriele hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist schön gepflegt und die Küche im freien praktisch.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Die Lage ist sehr gut man hat nur einen kurzen Weg zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Guter Fischhändler/Metzgerei im Ort. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Gabriele

Great vacation in Costa Rei
We had a great time vacationing at Gabriele's property in Costa Rei! The location was perfect, a short walk to restaurants, the market and beach. Even in crazy busy August, neither the beaches nor the restaurants felt as crowded as I was expecting. Costa Rei was a perfect choice for us - a small enough town such that it was quiet and relaxing, but all of the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Gabriele's property was also perfect for the four of us and really thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed and even those things we didn't know we needed until we got there. It was clean, well organized and the air conditioning was a welcome respite from the high temperatures in the middle of the day. Gabriele himself showed us around the unit when we arrived, checked in with us midway through our stay and responded quickly with any questions we had. Sehr schön war es
Wir waren kurz vor der Hauptsaison auf Sardinien und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist wie abgebildet und wirklich sauber und aufgeräumt. Alles ist da, was man im Alltag braucht. Auch die Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Gabriele ist sehr gut. Er ist super erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der tolle Strand ist nicht weit und einkaufen kann man im Ort auch!

Schönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer
Das Haus von Gabriele befindet sich in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Lage abseits der Hauptstraße. Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei großzügige Terrassen, eine davon mit Meerblick, die hintere mit Blick auf den Monte Nai. In der Wohnung ist alles zu finden, was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Gabriele ist ein netter, stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub dort sehr zufrieden und können das Haus empfehlen.

Gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage.
Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder. Das Ferienhaus hatte alles, was man benötigt und der Strand ist fußläufig, auch mit kleinen Kindern, erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und war für uns stets ansprechbar. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit nochmal ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Der Vermieter und das Haus sind somit sehr zu empfehlen!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Gabriele was an excellent host.
We had a great week in Costa Rei. The property is exactly as described on the internet. It was very clean and in an excellent location. The local beach is beautiful. The area and restaurants are perfect for young families. The only suggestion for the property would be that it would benefit from having some more of the basic cleaning products available. Gabriele was a great host, his communication before and during our stay was excellent. Upon our arrival he even took the time to walk us down to the beach and show us where the local restaurants and shops were. Overall a great stay with our two young children!

Très bien!
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison. Elle était conforme aux photos du site et très propre!!! Les 2 terrasses ont été très appréciées même si le temps ne nous a pas toujours permis d'en profiter. Gabriele et Graziella sont très gentils et très serviables. Gabriele est toujours prêt pour répondre à nos questions, mais reste discret en même temps. Nous conseillons ce gite aux vacanciers qui veulent passer un bon moment à Costa Rei. La plage à 10 minutes de marche, c'est vraiment très bien!! Grazie mille Gabriele et Graziella!

Appartamento stupendo!
Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane stupende con i nostri due figli di 6 e 4 anni. L'appartamento è molto curato e dotato proprio di tutto! Gabriele e Graziella sono stati molto gentili e se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa disponibili subito! Sulla foto dell'inserzione non si vede ma dal terrazzo si ha una bella vista sul mare favoloso. L'appartamento è situato in modo che non c'è bisogno di prendere l'auto ne per andare in spiaggia ne per uscire la sera oppure fare la spesa. Noi siamo sicuri di tornare!
