“Hey Russ, Thanks for letting my wife and I stay at the cabin this weekend. We had a wonderful time as always and will be back. Only note just for info not complaining as we had the upstairs. I guess due to the power outage maybe the doors or windows were opened. There was an abundance of flies downstairs and just wanted to share as a heads up. We shifted to upstairs and were perfectly fine just wanted you to know I had the house secure and I guess those little pest got in before our arrival.”

“Close to Athens, good fishing off of dock, bed is small in master bedroom, overall very nice.”

“Jan was a perfect host! She made sure all of our needs were met and even brought us Strawberry Cheesecake dessert! It was storming very badly the day we were to leave and Jan sent us a text to extend our stay if needed because of the weather. That was so nice because i was not sure we were going to make the 11am check out time with tornados in the area.”

“Fully stocked almost to the point of being too stocked. Lots of themed decorations and a variety of kitchen gear and toddler dishes. Had a great time. Restroom is a jack and Jill so no access from the main living area, which is awkward when both rooms hold sleeping folks.”

“We had a nice time here. Cute little cottage and nice views! The place is well equipped and we really enjoyed our time here. We spent some time fishing and had no problem catching fish. Thanks for letting us enjoy your cottage.”

“The hospitality was great, the cabin was nice and cozy and the lake and property that the rental overlooked were gorgeous! You can’t beat the privacy and outdoor amenities that you get for this price. I told the owner that we were coming out there yo celebrate my son’s birthday and she even had a cute birthday platter laid out for us when we got there! Nice people and a great place to stay!!”

“Such a great hidden gem! Like others, online pictures do not sue it justice. Three bed rooms were large and comfortable but the master is massive! Nice are for kids to play and sleep in loft. Fishing, canoeing was a fav along with sitting in porch in rockers. We had a fire each night too! Great olace!”

“We really enjoyed the cabin. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and easy instructions left for things we were using. The hot tub was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. The cabin was easily accessible to the highway and town when we needed to get food or anything else. We will be back!”
