We would have loved to have used the fire pit but sadly the weather did not agree with that plan. For anyone choosing to stay in the area know now that places to eat are few and far between and ALWAYS call to see if a place is even open (went to three places and all were either closed that day or gone...

“Cabin was very clean and exactly as photos online depicted. They were very helpful and understanding when we needed to change our reservation date right after we booked. I appreciated the watchmen light in the yard at night but would have preferred blackout curtains as I like to sleep late while on vacation and between the light and early sunrise that was impossible.”

“This property is absolutely gorgeous! Semi secluded, only see the road, but it’s situated back off the road. The cabin was very clean and a great open concept down stairs. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The downstairs master with bath is spacious. The garage was a great bonus. The best part is the large covered deck upstairs. I would have enjoyed it a lot more, but there was an unexpected heat wave in the upper 90’s.The property here is beautiful and wooded. We saw several deer....

“We enjoyed staying here. We had 10 in our group and we had more than enough room. The river provided a relaxing view and there was plenty of privacy. We saw deer every day and had some pesky raccoons at night (they found the outside garbage can, which was our mistake and we corrected that after the first night). The description is accurate. We brought our Frenchton along and she was very happy. ”
