Muro dei Serpenti: Tour e Visite Guidate

I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas (especially on the very used stairs because there is no lift) so as not to disturb others.

Amazing place to stay. The staff is so friendly and professional. Great place to stay. It’s the center of all places to visit. Definitely will go back

The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. The staff were great. We especially liked Andy who greeted us when we arrived and was there when we needed her to answer questions. We will stay here again.
