Villa Gran Vista - Quattro Camere da Letto Villa, Ospiti Massimo 6

La villa finemente arredato si trova in una zona tranquilla nei pressi delle spiagge di Alcudia, Can Picafort. La bellissima Playa de Muro è raggiungibile in circa 5 minuti. In auto. La 220m2 grande casa è così suddiviso: 1 camera da letto, spogliatoio con un divano letto e 1 bagno con doccia situato al primo piano, accessibile da scale (17 gradini). Le altre camere si trovano al piano terra. Questi includono: 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni, una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo per 8 persone, soggiorno con TV satellitare (schermo piatto). Adiacente al soggiorno, la grande terrazza coperta 25m2 con barbecue, con vista è sul 9 x 5 m piscina con circa 500m2 prato. 7. Il 000m2 trama è mediterraneo creato con palme e alberi tipici. Posto auto coperto per 2 auto. Il 250m2 grande cortile può essere utilizzato al parco giochi per i più piccoli. Godetevi la vostra meritata vacanza sulla bellissima proprietà vicino alle splendide spiagge del nord.

Familienurlaub in der Villa Gran Vista

Das Objekt ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und wie in der detaillierten Beschreibung des Anbieters in gutem Zustand, es fehlt bei der Ausstattung an nichts. Die Lage im Nordosten befindet sich außerhalb der Ortschaft, jedoch in der Anflugrichtung der Ferienflieger zum Flughafen PMI. Allerdings sind die Jets geschätzt noch in ca. 1000 bis 2000 m Höhe darüber, so daß sie nicht zu überhören sind, Auf den Nachbargrundstücken gibt es Hühner, Hunde und auch einen Esel haben wir gehört, sonst war es sehr ruhig. Der Pool wurde leider während unserem Aufenthalt (1 Woche) nicht auf Keimbelastung geprüft und auch nicht gereinigt. Das war deutlich am Boden des Pools zu sehen. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Woche.

Schönes Haus - schöner Ausblick - schöner Garten

Wir waren als Familie im Juni 2022 in diesem schönen, großen und sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus. Die veröffentlichten Bewertungen sind alle korrekt. Nur wird verschwiegen, dass das Haus im Norden der Insel in der direkten Einflugschneise des Flughafens Palma liegt, dass neben an Hühner leben und der Hahn rund um die Uhr kräht - Tag und Nacht! Der Anfahrtsweg ist nicht nur etwas holprig, sondern benötigt mind. einen SUV ohne Beschädigungen am PKW zu befürchten! Das Poolwasser war bei der Ankunft leider in keinem guten Zustand, was sehr enttäuschend war. Der Mangel wurde behoben, doch zwei Tage vor Ende unserer Ferien wurde - unserer Meinung nach durch falsche Handhabung - das Wasser wieder verdorben. Bis jetzt hat sich die Agentur dazu leider nicht weiter geäußert. Haus und Lage sind wirklich top! Die weiteren Umstände sind aber nicht zu verleugnen.

Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegte Anlage.Schnell überall. Im Haus alles vorhanden. Basisausstattung vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl, Essig.. Wc Papier, Küchenrolle, Fön. ..)Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten.Alle 4 Schlafzimmer super. Auch das Durchgangszimmer mit bequemen Bett(kein Schlafsofa). Deutsches TV, sehr nette Vermieter....Begrüssung mit Obstkorb, Wein u Süssem. Alles in Allem, super Ferien... Haben es sehr genossen. DANKE

jolie maison très soignée et très bien équipée, les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants , une coupe de fruits nous attendait , tout comme des bouteilles dans le frigo. La piscine est jolie avec une vue incroyable de la terrasse. seul petit bémol, il n'y a la climatisation que dans 2 chambres sur 4, ce qui peut être gênant en période de forte chaleur. la maison est située à 10 min environ en voiture de la plage, dans un environnement rural

Perfekter Urlaub

Dies war unser erster Finca Urlaub. Wir sind begeistert. Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand. Super sauber und top gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Supersauber. Der Obtkorb zur Begrüßung, süßes für die Kids, Getränke kalt gestellt. Der Pool bietet eine herrliche Abkühlung. Auch die Nähe zum Strand war genau passend für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Betreung durch FEWO-direkt war hervorragend. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war sehr herzlich. Kurzum: Ein Traum!!!

Einfach toll

Was soll ich sagen. Es war einfach schön. Die Finca ist in einem guten Zustand. Es ist sauber, gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein und ein Obstteller auf dem Tisch. Der Pool ist auch schön. Einkaufen, Strand 7 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Das Haus ist eine echte Perle! Durch den Flur übers Wohnzimmer direkter Blick zur Terrasse und Pool.... Die Kids und wir waren begeistert und nicht mehr zu halten! Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder sind neu und toll. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Es sind genügend große Handtücher da für die 8 Liegen draußen und für die Dusche extra. Die kleine Chilllounge hat uns abends immer gut gefallen. Selbst Kerzen und Windlichter sind da um es noch gemütlicher zu machen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Mit Auto kommt man zu den Einkaufsläden und zum Strand! Es war ein toller und schöner Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Villa Grand Vista Stay

The property was fantastic and the location was convenient to grocery stores and other amenities in Can Picafort. We had an issue with the gate remote opener which the owners fixed right away so very satisfied with the level of service. The pool water quality was very well maintained and hot water was readily available for all 7 of us having showers. A couple of areas to be aware of is the bedroom on the second floor can get quite hot for sleeping as it was requested to keep the windows closed during the day. A fan would have been nice to make it more comfortable for sleeping as we had a few days above 30 degrees celsius. Also be aware that although it only happened a few times, when the wind is coming from the back of the property, the smell from the boiler for the hot water can make it into the outdoor sitting area but this only happened a few times during our 2 week stay. Since we cooked dinner there almost every night, it was nice having a full kitchen and charcoal BBQ available, not to mention the fresh rosemary & mint growing on the property. We would definitely consider staying at this property again and it was great having owners that were so responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay at Villa Gran Vista!

We've just returned from a lovely week's holiday at Villa Gran Vista. The villa is lovely, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and with fabulous outdoor space with plenty of shade. We were a family of 7 (one child) and everyone had a wonderful time, the pool was great and the table tennis table an added bonus :-) A car is essential as the Villa itself is a little out of the way (with no public transport or footpath on the main road) but only approx. 3 miles to Can Picafort and Muro Beach so popping in and out was easy. That said we were happy to spend as much time at the villa as possible. Alcudia was also a short drive away and we would recommend a visit to the old town on Market Day (Tuesday). Tip: use the GPS co-ordinates on your phone or Sat Nav to find the Villa initially, the written directions had left mixed up with right (hopefully now amended - turn right after marker post 7) The owners met us on arrival, were lovely and very attentive - Muchisimas gracias por la fabulosa estadia, Nos gustaria muchisimo volver en el futuro nuestros mejores deseos :-)

Tolles Haus für einen perfekten Mallorca Urlaub

Das Haus war super sauber und die Vermieter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit in der Villa Gran Vista.
