  • This beautiful villa is located in Playas de Muro and can accommodate up to 6 people.
    The exterior of the house has a large and well-kept garden where you can relax or sunbathe and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the barbecue while you have a drink and watch the little ones playing in the children's area.

    Inside the one-storey house you will find a bright living-dining room, equipped with TV, ideal to enjoy your stay and where you can access one of the terraces of the house and the garden. The kitchen is prepared for you to cook with total comfort as it is equipped with all the necessary utensils. From the kitchen we can access the back porch, where there is a small bathroom. The property also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
    When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds and the other one has a double bed. All of them are spacious and overlook the garden. The house has two bathrooms; one with a bathtub inside and one with a shower outside. The rooms are not equipped with AC, but we can provide fans if you need them. If you wish to travel with your baby, we can also provide a cot and highchair.

    The house is close to the beach Playa de Muro, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The fine grained, long sand beach is protected by the dunes and it famous for its crystal clear waters. Furthermore, this beach is next to Capellans, where you can have paella or a cocktail in one of the bars. We recommend you to visit the natural park S’Albufera, the genuine villages Alcúdia, Pollença and Artà, the lighthouse of Formentor, the zone Cap de Pinar with lots of small bays, the fisher’s town Colònia de Sant Pere, the beach Sa Cànova and much more.

Fantastic location just near the beach with a lovely private garden.

Loved the outdoor space, the kids loved playing on the swing and we had some fab barbecues. Being so close to the beach (2 min walk) was wonderful and the water was perfect for the kids.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien für einen Badeurlaub

Gute Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, großes Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit, gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr, wir waren nur vier Personen aber es war ausgestattet für deutlich mehr Personen. Meer im Oktober noch warm, sehr gut in wenigen Metern erreichbar und viel Platz am weitläufigen Strand. Leihwagen sehr sinnvoll, etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Alcudia oder Can Picafort

Ruhige Sackgasse mit unmittelbaren Weg zum Strand

Auch wenn es kalt wird gibt es genug Decken, mobile Heizkörper und einen offenen Kamin. Die Fliesenböden sind sehr praktisch, man sollte doch an dicke Socken oder an Hausschuhe denken. Umso länger man bleibt umso schöner kommen die vielen Vorzüge vom Haus zum Vorschein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderbar und der Strand top!

Grande maison très bien située à 1 minute à pied de l’une des plus belles plages de Majorque (Playa de Muro) dans un quartier résidentiel, safe et au calme. Le jardin était très agréable aussi ! Maison vieillotte - très peu de pression dans la douche

La maison est très bien située puisqu'elle se situe à 100 m de la plage et avec des commerces accessibles à pied. La maison est simple mais très fonctionnelle. Le jardin est assez pratique avec les jeux pour enfants. Par contre, nous avons eu beaucoup de moustiques (journée et soirée) ce qui nous a empêché de profiter de l'extérieur.

Gran casa con jardín grande, fantástico y muy bien cuidado, donde nuestra hija podría esparcirse alrededor. Mucho juguete está disponible! (No hay mucha gente y muy limpio en junio) La playa está a sólo un salto corto. El sitio está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, se puede oír ningún ruido de tráfico. La cocina está bien equipada para alquiler, incluso un congelador de gran tamaño está disponible. Sólo en una nueva cama doble podría ser invertido, el presente es, pero sería muy gekommen.Wir en el año en cualquier momento para volver !!!

Erst nach stundenlangem Suchen und Rücksprache mit der Agentur fanden wir das Haus. Uns war die chaotische Hausnummern-Vergabe in der Siedlung nicht bekannt. Das Haus roch sehr modrig - wir waren wohl die ersten Mieter nach dem Winter. Es gab kein Warmwasser - erst nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur und dem Einschalten des Boilers durch uns konnten wir dann irgendwann nachts warm duschen. Der Wasserdruck war über die gesamten 2 Wochen nahe 0. Es war sehr kalt. Der einzige Raum, den wir dank des Backofens warm bekamen, war die Küche. Es fehlte an Heizmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist lieblos zusammengestückelt, der Wohnstandard entsprechend unterirdisch. Was uns jedoch versöhnt hat war die top-Lage (nah am Strand) und der Aussengrill, wo wir 3 x grillen konnten. Zudem wurde es in der 2.Woche wärmer, und durch Aktivierung des 2.Badezimmers wurde auch der Duschkomfort etwas besser. Dem Vermieter würden wir raten, selber einmal ein paar Tage Urlaub dort zu verbringen, um uns besser verstehen zu können.

Aunque no era una casa nueva tenía todo lo que necesitábamos.

Aunque no era una casa nueva tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, barbacoa, chimenea, jardín con buena sombre. Echamos de menos unas hamacas pero tampoco nos pareció algo negativo sino algo a mejorar. Nos costó más de dos horas encontrarla ya que no había ningún tipo de identificación en la casa, ni número, ni nombre ni nada que pudiera reconocerse para saber qué era la casa que habíamos alquilado, eso nos pareció un gran fallo. Tampoco había un teléfono de contacto para poder hablar directamente con la persona era una central de Valencia lo cual lo complicaba todo más.

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir waren durchweg zufrieden und es hat alles geklappt. Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders geliebt wurde von unseren Kindern die Schaukel im Garten. Der Strand ist quasi nebenan, was perfekt ist, um noch mal eben kurz schwimmen zu gehen. :) Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Quiet holiday house with beutiful garden near beach

This is a beutiful looking holiday house surrounded by a well maintained garden with toys. The house is very close to the beach and is in a quiet area away from large hotels. The house itself is comfortable and reasonably equipped for a holiday although there is no air conditioning or internet access. Beach toys and parasols are available to borrow. There is no house number so it can be a bit tricky to locate. There are no fans available in the house and as the shutters need to be closed at night because of mosquitoes it can get quite hot at night. I would recommend that the house is aired better before arrival of guests as it smells musty. Some repairs are necessary, e.g. kitchen window has broken glass and closing mechanim. Also some of the furniture is a little bit dated and could do with a replacement, e.g. bed stands, however it is still in good clean condition.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Küchenausstattung könnte mit wenigen Mitteln besser sein. (Fehlendes Geschirr und Besteck, keine Standardküchenhelfer, wie Schneebesen, Rührgerät.....) Wenig Wasser aus allen Wasserleitungen in den Bädern und in der Küche.

Ideal for small children

"We had a nice stay in the house. It's perfect if you have small children. The house was a bit cold and damp, but i can imagine that it's no problem if it is really hot in the summer. We had a little trouble finding it, because there was no sign containing the housenumber, nor another sign or housename. The beach was really close and some shops are within walking distance."

Sommerhaus nur unweit vom Meer entfernt

Das Haus ist definitiv nur etwas für die warmen bis heißen Sommermonate. Es verfügt über keinerlei Heizung! Lediglich zwei kleine Heizlüfter. Als wir März ankamen war das Gemäuer kalt und feucht. So roch es auch. Ältere Semester kennen das vielleicht noch aus Ihrer Kindheit in den 50er Jahren. Kleidung morgens klamm und erstmal im angewärmten Bett aufwärmen. Mit einem Baby von etwa einem Jahr macht das keinen Spaß. Der kleine konnte auf dem kalten Fußboden nicht krabbeln. Die Angabe im Inserat bezüglich Größe und Ausstattung stimmen überein. Das Domizil war auf den ersten Blick gepflegt. Die Möbel, das Geschirr und Essbesteck scheine aber auch aus dem Baujahr des Objekts (ich tippe mal 60/70er Jahre) zu stammen. Das Badezimmer muss über den Heizlüfter vorgeheizt werden. Dann stimmt zwar die Temperatur einigermaßen, aber dafür riecht es dann unangenehm nach Chlorreiniger. Die Badewanne lädt nicht zum Baden ein, im speziellen der Abfluss. Hier wäre ein neues Bad wirklich angebracht. Die Handtücher scheinen auch schon mehrere Jahre in Gebraucht zu sein. In der Küche gibt es große Kühlschränke und eine großen Gasherd. Hier ist aber alles was man anfasst (z.B. Gardinen) irgendwie fettig. Die Tischdecke des Küchentischs ist fleckig. Das Ehe-Doppellbett ist 1,60 breit. Da es wie beschrieben sehr kalt war haben wir zu dritt in diesem Bett geschlafen. Nicht sehr komfortable. Die Bettdecken war mit undefinierbaren Dreckflecken versehen. Generell kann man sagen, das Bügeleisen, Bettwäsche, Betten, Möbel, Couch, Esstisch alles alt ist und leider auch so riecht. Nicht wirklich angenehmen. Es gibt nur spanisches Fernsehen. Kein deutsches Satelitenfernsehen. Es gibt auch bedauerlicherweise keinen WLAN Internetzugang. Heutzutage eigentlich ein Muss. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön und laden zum verweilen ein. Der Strand ist nur unweit entfernt (1 Gehminute). Der Kontakt zur Agentur ist sehr gut. Der Gasherd hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert. Die Agentur hat das direkt abgestellt, so das wir ab dem 2. Tag den Herd nutzen konnten. Alles insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wenn jemand die Küche nicht wirklich nutzen möchte und einem das Bad nichts ausmacht dann kann das Haus für die heißen Monate empfohlen werden. Dann ist das kalte Gemäuer wahrscheinlich angenehmen. Strand ist sehr sauber. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das man uns bei Buchung (mit Angabe des Babys) darauf aufmerksam macht, das es hier keine Heizung gibt. Zusammenfassen kann man sagen: "Chance vertan"!
