Fantastic and cosy villa in Muro.



Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 5 minutes from the beach.



Capacity for 6 people.

On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen connected to the porch. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and it also communicates with the porch.

On the first floor are the three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.



Glazed porch with two zones for eating.



Cosy outdoor area, garden surrounded by orange trees, 3x5 metre swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area and ping pong table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.



The entire house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

the house is awesome

the house is awesome. Great for a big group to eat and cook together. The pool is the star of the house and so are the fresh oranges you can pick from the trees. We had a great stay.

The villa interior was exactly as the photos online and very clean, giving a great first impression. Unfortunately, several outdoor elements felt a little tired. The main windows in the garden room were dirty and discoloured with condensation, and most of the pool sunloungers looked quite worn and had broken cross braces. The outdoor pool table and garden furniture had seen better days, and scattered doormats with dog hairs detracted from the otherwise smart aesthetic.We had a small issue logging into the internet, but the Mallorca Charme team were responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, but the villa would benefit from a refresh, particularly the outdoor BBQ area and garden furniture to match the overall quality of the interior

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen und würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Die Finca hatte einen schönen großen Garten und einen tollen Pool. Der klimatisierte Wintergarten hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte und es war alles sauber. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert und die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut. Am Pool wären ein paar feste Sonnenschirme noch nützlich.

Logement conforme à la description et aux photos. Très calme, nous y avons séjourné pendant 1 semaine à 6. La véranda est top et est sûrement l’endroit où vous passerez le plus de temps avec la piscine ! L’extérieur est bien entretenu avec également un barbecue à disposition qui nous a bien servi ! Personne ne vous embêtera ici car les voisins sont loins et pas de bruits autour !Merci pour l’accueil !

Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure, ils ont été très sympathique et nous ont laissé la villa. La maison était propre, l'extérieur aussi, comme dans les photos. La ville à moins de 10 minutes et palma à 30/ 40 minutes en voiture. La plage de MURO à 10 minutes en voiture aussi, elle vaut le détour. Très accessible par téléphone. je recommande très fortement.

Very nice stay in this lovely villa, thxs to Joan and the people from Mallorca Charme

We enjoyed a great stay in this villa during 3 weeks in October. The weather was still perfect and -as such- we thoroughly enjoyed the garden and pool. Not only that, the villa itself has a wonderful 'veranda'- style indoor area with lots of glass, meaning very bright which was great (can be darkened by blinds also, in case of too warm AND its airco'd) There were some minor issues in the beginning and we can only say that Joan, the owner, was VERY supportive, a very nice guy. The people from Mallorca Charme reacted promptly when asked for help or explanation of things. Highly recommend them. In all, a very nice stay that we wholeheartedly recommend, even in the off-season late months of October/November!

Schöne Fica

Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, mitten in einer Plantage, absolute Privatsphäre. Die Finca ist Gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind in Ordnung. Als ich nach dem Poolzaun gefragt habe wurde dieser umgehend montiert (zum Sonntag). Das Erdgeschoss haben die Ameisen im Griff. Man muss schon darauf achten das keine Krümel auf dem Boden liegen bleiben. Wahrscheinlich ist das aber auf Grund der Lage nicht mit zu ändern. Die Vespennester allerdings sollten mal entfernt werden, ich habe drei Stück direkt am Haus bzw. am Carport gezählt.

The house and garden is as shown and described, pool area and garden with lemon trees very beautiful. Check in and check out went smoothly. All in all good place to stay. Information upfront was good and detailed. House has moreless everything you need for staying there. There were two things that we didnt enjoy and dont understand. First of all, no salt, pepper and oil was available, those are standards and have nothing to do with Corona. We left ours behind for hopefully the next guests. Those are basics and should be available. Second we had in total 3 unannounced visits. One by the owner but he rang the bell at least. Two of the pool service, they didnt ring the bell and showed up directly in the garden. We asked via email after the first time that visits should be announced and they should ring the bell, otherwise there is no privacy,Mallorca Charme answered it will not happen again, two days later same thing happened. All in all however it was good.

Schöne Finca die mit einer besseren Ausstattung sehr viel Spaß machen würde.

Die sehr schöne Finca in der Nähe unseres Lieblingsortes Can Picafort ist schön gelegen. Eine für 6 Personen völlig ausreichend große und gut aufgeteilte Finca mit großem Pool und ausreichend Liegen. Einer kleinen Sitzecke neben dem Außengrill. Sitzgelegenheiten im Sommer- /,Wintergarten. Unterstellplatz fürs Auto ebenfalls vorhanden. Beim ersten Eindruck sehr gepflegt und niedlich. Der Hausmeisterservice war sehr nett und bei Problemen wo er helfen konnte auch schnell zur Stelle. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Box fanden wir Klasse. Zwar hätte eine Einweisung auch gut getan, aber die Onlinebetreuung hat schnell und effektiv reagiert (im Rahmen wie sie es konnten). Leider war die Innenausstattung schon sehr runter gewirtschaftet. In den Zimmer gab es mehrere Defekte durch Vormieter (eingetretene Türen, beschädigte Schränke). In der Dusche im unteren Bereich waren so scharfe Kanten am Boden, da waren wir froh, dass unsere Kinder groß sind. Aber am unangenehmsten empfanden wir, dass bei einer Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Finca von 6 Personen nicht ausreichend Besteck und Gläser vorhanden waren. Ebenfalls war an keinem einzigen Topf ein Griff, alle waren abgeschmolzen. Die Küche selber war beschädigt, Schranktüren nicht mehr vorhanden und Schutzschienen fehlten.Der Kühlschrank war so heiß von außen, dass wir kein gutes Gefühl dabei hatten. Es gab ausreichend Sonnenliegen, diese waren jedoch so durch gelegen und unangenehm zu liegen, dass wir oft den Strand aufgesucht haben, da selbst dort die Liegen besser waren. Von den Schirmen ganz zu schweigen, es wurden uns welche zur Verfügung gestellt aber diese waren so defekt, dass eine Nutzung nur schwer möglich war. Leider

Lage ruhig und doch schnell erreichbare Infrastruktur, gute Balance zwischen mediteranem Flair und Moderne, schöner Pool und großes Außengelände inmitten von Orangen/Zitronenbäumen, gute Erreichbarkeit der Agentur und gute Unterstützung In der Finca hätten wir uns Empfehlungen zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, nächten Arzt etc. und sichtbare Hiweise zur WLan-Nutzung gewünscht, aber das tat unserem total positiven Eindruck keinen Abbruch

J'ai séjourné avec ma famille, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, si quelque chose manque, le propriétaire vous le fournira immédiatement. N'oubliez pas que vous êtes à la campagne et que vous devez faire attention aux fourmis si vous laissez de la nourriture sous le porche par exemple. L'emplacement est parfait, nous sommes allés jouer au tennis à Manacor pendant quelques jours, puis nous nous sommes arrêtés à la belle plage de Can Picafort.
