A spectacular view of Kentucky Lake awaits you in this cozy lakefront 2 bed, 1 bath condo overlooking the main waters of Kentucky Lake. Nestled into the heart of The villas @ Marker 48, just south of Ken Lake & North of Blood River. Here you will find a super quaint and charming resort that has been the premier destination of water lovers for more than 50 years. Come & relax with family or friends or gather with large groups. This 5-plex condo unit can sleep up to 30 people. Each condo unit is unique in its own way. Explore, take a walk-through tour, and see which unit fits you best. Our short-term rental community offers something for everyone: a swimming pool, beach, beach volleyball, playground, fire-pits marina & boat rentals @ Kentucky Lake Adventures.

This cozy lakefront 2 Bedroom (1 King, 2 Queen) 1 bath/jacuzzi tub Condo unit has a fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, kitchen, dining area, and living room with internet tv. Covered Deck overlooking the water with outdoor seating. This rental unit includes free access to our onsite pool & marina. Covered Slips are available for rent a Pontoon from KENTUCKY LAKE ADVENTURES. The resort offers shuffleboard, basketball, sand volleyball, a playground, a sand beach, Kayaks, and paddle boards. Truly a quaint & charming place for your next trip to the lake!

Located right off the main channel of Kentucky Lake at mile marker 48, The Villas at Marker 48 has been the premier destination of water-lovers for more than 50 years.
Our short-term rental community offers something for everyone: A swimming pool, 2 beaches for swimming, a volleyball court, cornhole and horseshoes, a playground, a marina with covered boat slips and more! With complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, The Villas at Marker 48 is the perfect spot for paddlesport enthusiasts!
We have fully furnished lakeside and lakeview cottages with stunning views of Kentucky Lake! We are a favorite destination for weeklong family vacations, birthday, wedding and anniversary celebrations, groups of friends looking for a weekend of water fun and large fishing groups. Need more space? You can also rent several (or all) cottages on our property to bring down the whole family for a reunion!

Wonderful spot!

We loved this gem ! Great resort and amenities. Condo was clean, modern and had a beautiful view! Traci was also very responsive and accommodating for our family!

Family vacay

We had a great time:) weather was anazing and loved the view of the water! The only thing we would have liked was being a bit closer to town. We wanted to do a meal out and there was nothing close. You might want more silverware available and we ran out of paper towel. We will definitely recommend your property to others!
