The hotel is so old it is falling apart. The room we had was decent put paint can only cover so much. My biggest complaint is that when I asked for a non smoking room I was charged almost $10 more. I was penalized for being a non smoker. Does that make sense to you? The doors to the entry are broken and hanging. One poor little lady was trying to do everything that needed doing. There was no ice available except for asking that same poor lady to bring it. I’ve stayed for the he last time at this hotel. Place needs to be bulldozed.

Place was a wreck. My room ceiling has significant water leaks. The non smoking room smelled of smoke. There were construction workers working on the property and they stayed up all night playing loud music and drinking and front desk didn’t stop them. all the garbage cans stayed with garbage overflowing throughout alley and by stairs. Wasn’t even worth the $57 a night

This is by far the nastiest hotel I've ever been stuck in. No hot water, heat didn't work, phone nor lamp worked. Great way to make you appreciate what you have at home.

The tv didn’t work no way to take a bath no elevator supposed to be on first floor. Supposed to be in a non smoking room. Serves as both a hotel and place for people to live. Got here in Murray to late to find a different hotel since just for 8 hours

Walls are too thin for privacy, property management and housekeeping will enter your room without permission, there are no do not disturb signs. I noticed that my belongings had been rampaged through when I returned back to my room. Very sketchy environment!

The property manager and or owners does not respect your privacy. They will try and force you to leave the room for housekeeping. Do not leave your belongings unattended and I would not recommend leaving a card on file for they are not to be trusted. Do not stay here unless you are homeless!

There was a hole in the wall in our bathroom, paint missing from multiple spots on the walls, stains on our towels and sheets, a hole in our blanket, the chain lock was broken, and the room smelled like an ashtray (I didn’t realize smoking rooms were a thing and accidentally booked one). It smelled like someone was actively smoking in the room with us. When I went to check out early because of the condition of the room, the woman at the desk was very uncooperative and blamed the condition of the room on the fact that they allow homeless people to stay there and that they mess up the rooms and that I should have booked a non-smoking room if I wanted a nicer room. She told me to delete the pictures of the room conditions off my phone, which I will not be doing. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as a place to stay.

We were a late check-in and the front counter was not staffed. I had to call and wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. The wall between the bathroom and bed looked like it was about to cave in. The hair dryer didn't work. Not that I much care because I bring my own, but there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The only thing offered was a bar of soap next to the sink. The linens weren't necessarily dirty, but were definitely old and stained. Sheets and towels looked like they were washed with a pair of jean that blead. On the plus the bed was comfy. This had to be the worst red-roof inn I have stayed in.

Place should be condemned ceilings and walls falling in. Major water damage. Tubs don’t drain and toilets don’t flush. Drywall falling off walls and so are the ceilings. Half of hotel closed off because of more severe issues.
