“I’ve stayed at this place before and had a great experience. This time I found the cleanliness of the room wasn’t as good. There had been someone with muddy boots in there previously and had left marks on the carpet which had not been cleaned properly. The sheets were clean but the bed had been made roughly with not all areas of the sheets tucked in. Disappointing considering how good my previous stay had been.”

“We were assigned Room 2 which had a recently refurbished bathroom- the room was comfortable with pleasant blue soft furnishings. The new bathroom would be improved with some shelving or somewhere to place toiletry bags and a shower caddy or shelf where shampoo, soap etc could be placed, as they had to be put on the shower floor and bending down to reach them is challenging for seniors with restricted mobility. We would have preferred a room at the back of the motel, further away from the noisy...
