“This property was so messy, dog hairs are there, property manager and the honour of the building was so rude to me, he don’t know how to talk to customers because I go there on 4th march. I told him to change the bedsheets and there was broken glass under the bed. My two year old son hold that and I had a pictures I show it to property manager. “Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm.
Evening staff were rude.
There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area.
None of the vending machines were working.
Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...
