“I wish I had better news to share about this property. The view was incredible and the kitchens and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything one would need for a stay. The BBQ outside worked well and it was lovely to dine outside. The beds were not as advertised. We had booked the house with the expectation (from the ad) that there were indeed 3 king beds in the house. “Easily one of the best rental properties I ever stayed in! This house is perfect for a large group, there are plenty of rooms and areas for people to have their own space if they need it! All the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything in the house is very modern. The pool and jacuzzi were incredible and you just can’t beat the views !!! Crystal-Mae was also very timely with her communication and accommodated all of our requests :) Would highly recommend this property.”

“From booking to checkout, Simon was a gracious host. The property is stunning, the sunset view was my favorite. The amenities, the spacious living and the backyard for entertaining is nothing short of spectacular. We are a family of 10, most from San Diego. We were here to celebrate my son getting married at a local venue. With Simon's permission we were able to host a rehearsal luncheon. Everything went perfectly. “We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit.
