“Rooms where extremely dirty like dead flys all over the windowsill and food obviously not cleaned off the furniture and durt and grime on the ac. In the hot tub there was chunks of something floating in it. Otherwise the staff was great but thats the only good thing ”

“Everyone is very polite and helpful especially day of my flight was given an early bird breakfast in a bag by night manager. ”

“There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!”
