The lift only arrives to the 9th floor while my room was on the 10th, which forced me to climb two very steep and dangerous flight of stairs, with tall and extremely narrow steps.
Cleanness and maintenance were clearly lacking, the smell unbearable and the lack of safety is...
“Hotel molto bello e accogliente.
C’è un sala in cui i bambini possono giocare e volendo una sala con un biliardo per i più grandi.
La stanza da 4 persone è grande e comoda.
La posizione è ottima, vicina alla fermata del tram per andare in centro e quella della metro per raggiungere anche punti più fuori mano (tipo l’Atomium).
Il quartiere forse non è il top, ma uscendo la mattina e rientrando la sera non ci è interessato molto. Esattamente di fianco c’è una brasserie dove abbiamo mangiato molto...
“This hotel is nothing short of exceptional. All the amenities of its much larger sister hotels but offering a relaxed boutique hotel feel. Service was impeccable and unhurried, staff were professional but not stuffy and really made us feel at home. Under the stairs, the hotel’s cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying again soon ”

Cleanness and maintenance were clearly lacking, the smell unbearable and the lack of safety is unacceptable. I cannot believe a hotel these days can be handled in such a way.
We were forced to change our accommodation and of course the management did not reimburse anything, which given the conditions of the room is shameful.
Even the hotels.com platform through which we reserved was not helpful and supportive at all.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It requires a complete renovation and overhaul of management. I hope they take seriously the reviews by their customers and make the necessary improvements.

L'unica pecca un sottopassaggio frequentato da barboni se si vuole attraversare la strada in quel punto ma si può evitare attraversando prima o dopo.

Ottima struttura per visitare la città vista la vicinanza alla stazione metro con linee 1 e 5 e alla stazione treni con collegamento per l’aeroporto.
