“Glass all over pool back area an in pool edge went and told front desk who said maintenance would be there 3 hrs later no one showed no apologies no conversation nothing place is very runned down smells funny room was not great definitely not a hotel that should be charging 130 a night jaccuzzi not working not even water level and outside bathroom was filthy”

“The place is very dated and shows due to poor maintenance. They send me a text asking if everything is ok and at 1st glance it was and also pretty tired from the trip. When I went to make myself a cup of hot tea I almost burnt myself from hot water spewing out of the fill side. Next morning received another text about the stay and I reported the broken coffee maker which they replaced with another broken coffee maker. The room next to me blasted music all night.
