“Although the location is extraordinary and the spa baths, especially in the early morning or at night, are an extraordinary experience, the whole hotel would deserve to be renovated. The carpet is old and dusty, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is definitely to be improved.”

“Although I could not use it, the hotel features a spa bath which is an enjoyable feature. The Fukushima Keibajo is just a short bus ride away. The JR Fukushima station is only three steps away. Hopping off and on the Shinkansen is super-easy, barely an inconvenience. There's a bikeshare station just beside the hotel to increase the range of exploration.”

“最初はドアの鍵が開がなくフロントに行きスタッフに来て貰いコツがあるという事で対応させました。入ったらトイレの清掃がしていない状態でした。汚物がそのままありびっくりしました。その後部屋を変えて貰ったのですが部屋が寒くて温まるまでずいぶんかかりました。 ”

“This hotel has several different onsen facilities and all of them were nice and clean. I really enjoyed them. Staff members were friendly and willing to assist. ”

“シャワーの水圧が弱い。 朝食のスタッフが大きな声で私語を他のスタッフと話していたのは気になった。朝食も作り置き感が高く、浪江焼きそばを取ろうとしたら、固まっているのか、トングで持ち上げたら丸ごと全部持ち上がった。 また朝食が終わった後、「ごちそうさまでした」と伝えたらスタッフは挙動不審で「あ？え？ありがとうございました」との言葉。”
