“I got to the hotel and they claim I didn’t have a reservation. I had to argue with two front desk employees and even show them my reservation confirmation in my phone. They still didn’t believe me but eventually allowed me to check in. I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The room was ok but not very sound proof. The day I left there was a new girl in the desk and she was nice. I would not stay there again. ”

“The hotel has very efficient and timely housekeeping. Staff in the Reception, restaurant and housekeeping offer very courteous and helpful services. The hotel beds and beddings are of very good quality and thus we have a good night sleep. The place is nice and quiet. It would be helpful if the hotel can provide more information on the location of the nearest metro station and eateries nearby.”
