“Entire hotel under renovation. Lobby has nothing in it- active construction site. No breakfast offered because of this. No pool. Had reservation cancelled twice due to over bookings from third party Expedia. Was put into a room where the headboard had fallen off the wall, the bathroom had mold, the shower head sprayed water out of the side all over the wall, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fan in the bathroom hanging out of the ceiling, and the best part…NO Toilet Seat. “The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.”

“It was hard to tell if the room was not cleaned or just half assed cleaned. There was what looked to be poop on the bowl of the toilet. Floor was sticky, most surfaces were dusty. The main door to the building was broken and didn’t lock. Vending machines were close to empty. Just a all around ehhh experience”

“The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was like the pictures they put online were not the rooms at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink still had hair in it. There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again.”

“We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates. It was not only a massive inconvenience and extremely dishonest practices, but an insane surprise expense to pay double at a different hotel. Elijah, the desk attendant, was very apologetic and...

“Una completa porquería el hotel canceló las reservas sin previo aviso, al llegar al mostrador solo nos indicaron que están llenos y que no podían hacer nada! Mientras estuve ahí pude ver el mismo caso para al menos 10 personas!!! Pésimo servicio, pésima atención y Expedia tampoco es capaz de hacer nada”
