“We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned. They even made a takeout exception for us as we had a tour pick up at 8 am. Such wonderful staff, really! Niman area is the best, super walkable...

“We loved this hotel. It’s more likely Villa/home style unit instead of hotel. They converted to hotel so the building doesn’t have a parking or elevator. We got very disappointed at the beginning because the hotel entrance was narrow and didn’t have an elevator, parking lot and so on. They didn’t even let you in 30mins early neither. But No worries!!! As soon as we enter the room, we are in love with this room. We didn’t care anything else. Because the room was super clean. Internet was fast....

“The suite was okay. We liked that it was spacious. The mattress was not a very good one. I think a 4-star hotel should have better, more comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was so-so. Not impressive. But the location of the hotel was good. We were situated on the same floor as a teenaged volleyball team so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallway. Despite these annoyances we still thought the hotel was OK but I would probably choose another one next time.”
