“Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

“The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

“There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects.”

“Beautiful view and reasonable price, but terrible service and cleanliness. The bathroom tiles and floors were black and poorly cleaned. The staff was unprofessional and rude. At checkout, they bluntly demanded I wait 5 minutes without any explanation. Later, I found out it was for a room inspection for the deposit. Communication was awful.”

“Room was okay, staffing needs training especially at the restaurant. Most importantly staff needs to learn some English. They are friendly just the language barrier. The food is really bad, I wish they would improve on providing good quality tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s always the same stuff every day. I felt bad that the Hotel was in such a great location, but lack the guess. I think it would help their bottom line if they just correct these few issues.”

“The whole building smelt so bad. The staffs weren’t engaged at all, just watching their phones, hanging out with other staffs. Constantly made me wait for absolutely nothing. Would not stay there ever again. Made my whole trip like an absolute waste.”

“The apartment is very well appointed, full kitchen and dining rooms, very classy finishes. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which is really a 3 bedroom and they lock the door to one of the rooms, which has ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. Stunning views of the ocean from the rooftop, although there is no furniture up there to sit and enjoy. The private pool was a very nice tough and the main pool and restaurant were also good.
