A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos. Observamos que pessoas pagantes que chegavam depois eram atendidos antes que nós. Acho que seria válido a gestão se atentar a este detalhe. Pois, toda boa acolhida faz a diferença em hotelaria.”

“The Hotel is located in an area not easy to reach plus it is "slightly" far from Buenos Aires "micro-center" .
In the room I have been lodged in the "temperature control system" was out of order : I arrived in the hotel around 01.00 and I did not call the employee to fix it .
In the morning I informed the employee to call the service to fix it : when I came back the unit was operating but they told me "please do not touch the unit cause the fix is temporary" .
I do not think to reserve in this...
