Hotel vicino a Museo Franz Mayer - Città del Messico

“It was a comfortable room, very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was small, not enough space, but it was comfortable for 2 people. The location is excellent as we just walked to main spots of the city. I will recommend for the price and convenience.”

“I've been there last September and the breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. I decided to come back again but it wasn't as before. Once in the shower I realized that there was only shower hose with the old regular shower not working. I had to hold the hose with my hand coz the hanger was broken so while soaping in the other hand I was holding the hose, amazing right? And there are no fridges in the room by the way.. ”

“Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...

“Camera pulita, buona colazione, personale gentile. Unici nei, struttura datata.”

“the first room they gave me was extremely noisy. music till 5 AM. totally absence insonorization of the room”

“Hotel buono nel suo insieme. Servizi non all’altezza. Tre giorni senza Wi-Fi oggi non all’altezza. Pagata colazione, ma ristorante chiuso. Nessun rimborso Sto arrivando! Parte della struttura.”

“The staff didn’t speak English well, We couldn’t get more than one face towel. We were two guests. Also one glass for two. The location was perfect and close to the most important museums.”

“Tutto molt curato ma stanze piccole ”
