“We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect size for just my wife and I. We ran into a couple issues during the stay (no toilet paper, hot water heater breaking) but the owners/property managers were very responsive and did their best to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. We would stay here again!”

“Three of us stayed overnight on a girl's weekend visit to Blackwater. This property is beautiful! Sunrise over the water was amazing. The house was spotless, stocked with everything you need right down to shower products. The furniture is very comfortable, beds are as well. We didn't get to use the screened porch as it was too chilly, but it will be great in warmer weather. The chickens had a lot to say in the morning, so I felt obligated to stop and visit for a bit. Will definitely stay here...

“We stayed here as two families for thanksgiving. The kids (ages 6-15) loved the upstairs. So cozy and the game room was great for family movie night. The kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking. “The property was perfect for our family get together. We had a baby, toddler, preschooler, elementary and teens, moms, dads and grandparents. There was a place for everyone. “This house was perfect for hosting me and my family for Ironman weekend. It was 1/2 way between the swim start and transition area (Gerry Boyle Park) and the finish line (Long Wharf Park). “We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25.
