The only downside to this property is the parking as it does not have its own spaces and parking in Brighton is not easy due to all the new road changes taking place. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with a public garden. Just a short walk to the beach and town amenities.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great.”

“Staff were lovely, as was breakfast and the bar. But the rooms and decor are the key feature of this hotel and certainly make it unforgettable. Our room and bathroom were not huge but more than adequate and comfortable. The theming of the rooms, corridors, stairways and bar area is amazing, thoughtful, creative and makes this hotel worth a stay for sure, as does the cheeky nature and sense of humour. We will likely be back just to try a different room! Thanks”

“Small (single) room but cozy and clean. It also offers every kind of amenities: from coffee machine, to kettle, to iron to bathrobe and slippers. The position is perfect: not far from the beach and easy to reach with the bus from the station. ”

“Esperienza poco positiva in quanto nella camera che ci è stata assegnata non funzionava l'impianto di riscaldamento. Non è stato possibile cambiare stanza in quanto l'hotel era al completo, quindi ci è stata fornita una stufetta per riscaldare la stanza. Il personale è stato comunque gentile offrendoci la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della colazione anche se poi non l'abbiamo sfruttata. L'hotel offre il vantaggio di trovarsi in comoda posizione vicino alla stazione.”

“Nicely decorated and very clean, cramped and cold though. In a fairly grubby part of town. Very overlooked by other buildings into room. Staff assistance was prompt but there is no in person presence. Quiet at night and good black out blinds. ”

“L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione in pieno centro città, in pochi minuti si raggiungono il famoso Pier, le spiagge, il Royal Pavilion e le zone dello shopping. Ovviamente la zona è piena di ristoranti e pub. L’unico neo per chi viaggia in macchina è la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio, soprattutto nei fine settimana”
