“This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up.”

“Upon arrival there was no hot water and when I checked out there still was no hot water, workers starred instead of helping. A lot of different homeless people wondering property late at night. Room wasn’t perfect air conditioner made excessive noise. It was clean enough no roaches or bed bugs.”

“Very rude staff, which acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist us with our most basic request. We were first given the wrong room then switched to a room where the air/heater did not work during 50 degree wheather. The tv was not working during our stay with the addition of the beds being really loud and terribly hard would not recommend this hotel.”

“The room was not completely cleaned. There were a lot of noise during the night due to the near airport and freeway. Breakfast was good.”

“On Saturday night, there was loud music coming from a neighboring room that lasted until about 4:00 am. Either the neighbors were extremely noisy, or the walls had very poor sound insulation, though it was almost impossible to sleep. The trash bin had no garbage bag, and there was no shower gel in the shower. Overall the room was clean. Breakfast is advertised until 9:30 am, but around 9:10 am, a few items were already finished. About 5 more people were coming. Staff said they didn’t want to...

“How can I review a place where I didn’t even have the opportunity to stay in but was still charged as if I did? All because my plane was extremely delayed, I called the hotel hoping to get something done as we were extremely tired but they said nothing could be done, that I needed to cancel 24 in advance for a refund. Canceling was not my intention, how could I foresee the flight’s delay?? I have called the hotel to help and they give me the runaround with “manager isn’t here, call back later” ”

“We stayed here because we needed to recover before heading home from a long work assignment. This was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was the perfect temperature to loosen sore muscles. It was located near the airport and several interstates making day trips easy. It was great to have breakfast waiting every morning. And our room was clean and comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!”
