“Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is conveniently situated on the main bus route into the city so, as we did not have a car, there wasn't a problem getting out and...

Dotazione delle camere completa, sono presenti anche adattatori per le prese e kit per interventi di cucito d'emergenza. Gestito da persone giovani e gentilissime. Colazione inglese di qualità, fermate dell'autobus a 200 m.”

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”

“Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. ”
