“Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. ”

“Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast…...

“THERE'S NO POOL. the whole reason we booked this hotel was to have a rest day and go swimming on our honey moon. Total bait and switch! We were so upset. Still am.”

“I do not believe the building is installed at all. I could hear noise from outside as well as my neighbors to the side and above me. My room was clean but the light on the side table did not work. The volume on the TV did not work and the remote was sticky. I tried to address these problems with the manager and he did not acknowledge me. He looked at the remote and told me to talk to the housekeeping. He walked away and did not come back out. I will never stay here again!”
